Yesterday I walked into paradise grill and was greeted by Bob. After browsing and discussing options I was on the fence about purchasing the 8 foot grill. Th color I preferred was discontinued and was no longer in stock Bob did some additional searching and found the countertop that I wanted. We were impressed by the quality of the product. Delivery was within just a few days. Our delivery people, Simon and David, were friendly and skilled. Simon gave us many helpful tips for maintaining our unit. I should mention that installation is not a DIY project. We chose to swap out the faucet as the factory delivery faucet had a leak. I purchased a Paradise Grill, GSL-32 N/P, at 680 5th Ave. Naples,FL, recently for our outdoor kitchen. It does a fantastic job of grilling. It is by far the best grill I've ever owned. It is a terrific value for the money. I accidently left the burners on for three days. Yes, very bad! The heat was at four hundred-fifty degrees the whole time. The grill still works perfectly, all lights, burners etc... There was no discoloration anywhere on the outside of the unit, but the underside of the hood turned brown from the heat. This unit is built like a tank. I called Paradise Grills and spoke with Hannah at the store who went well out of her way to help me find a product to remove the brown discoloration. She came up with a cleaner for me that works safely. Hannah is very pleasant and a true pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable about Paradise Grills and extremely helpful, a true professional. I highly recommend Paradise Grills for their high-quality grills and their terrific customer service. Sales was great. Once you buy and receive your outdoor kitchen you are basically on your own! Customer service is terrible. Sill waiting for my griddle since October of 2021. A week after the set up of my kitchen, the refrigerators had rust marks, and the bar rail as well, not to mention a terrible blotchy finish. Told our sales person who said that definitely should not happen and to send him pictures and he would contact customer service. Never heard a word from him or them! Considering the cost of the kitchen/ bar set up of almost $20k the quality is poor, no customer service...I cannot recommend them. read more

Purchased a BBQ unit from them. The sales end of the purchase was very good. The PROBLEM is with the DEFECTIVE ITEM they sent us! Delivery and assembly were fine, EXCEPT for the dripping faucet. It started to DRIP NON-STOP shortly after the install. We contacted Paradise Grill and they said that they would send out a NEW FAUCET. We waited and waited........NO DELIVERY OF THE NEW FAUCET from Paradise, as promised. Again we contacted them and they said they would send out a faucet. NOTHING HAPPENED......... Today after waiting all this time, we called again. Spoke to the manager, Daisy. She has agreed to send out another faucet. HOPEFULLY, this time it will be sent and properly functioning ! It was obvious when speaking with Daisy that the company has NO INTEREST in doing the right thing. Her hands are tied. Paradise should either COMPLETE the install of the replacement item after removing the defective item. Paradise will not send an installer nor pay for an installer. The poor employees can only follow the company's direction. I could NOT recommend them!! read more

ONLY purchase one of their products if you live in the local area! If you don't heed this warning **BUYER BEWARE**!!! They can sell you really quick but can never deliver anywhere close to the expected date. They will continually lie about pieces not being shipped to various state warehouses as excuses. Their customer service is horrible! Once you purchase a several thousand dollar item, you don't hear from them again. Two months after I purchased one of their products for over 60k I had to call them to see what was going on. After several disconnected calls you will speak with someone who won't tell you the truth. Buyer Beware! In February my Tiki Bar blew down with winds less than 20 miles per hour. It took almost 2 months for the repair. What do you know it happened just 3 weeks ago again, only minor wind gusts. So the company scheduled a repair for December 3rd. No one showed up. I called and they apologized there was a mix up. Fine, when can you come back. They replied not until the end of December or early January. So you are telling me for the 4 best months of the year I'm with out this over priced, useless Tiki bar. Guess what they offered me a grill cover. Not to mention holding onto the funds I paid up front for the repair. Please stay away from this company. They sell you overpriced JUNK that rusts in a few months even if the outdoor grill/frig combo are in a covered screen room area. We had problems from the very beginning with the grill not heating up. The salesman was a total jerk and said to call Customer Service. Even more jerks here. I loved our Grill set up!!! We actually used it to help sell our house and will be getting another paradise grilling system for our new house for sure. The grill itself is the best I've ever used . And the bar system we had attached to it was a magnet to our guests . The Naples direct outlet had very nice and helpful employees who worked with us to find the perfect fit and perfect price. We were thinking about installing and outdoor kitchen and bar area but wasn't quite sure how or what we wanted to do. After spending consider time online reading and looking I had a fairly good idea what I wanted to do. However, I wasn't sure if I could buy pre-made units to fit my space or if I would have to have them custom made. So we decided to go shopping and see what is available. We were still in the "thinking/shopping" phase and the first place we stopped was Paradise Grills in Naples. We met a very nice and accommodating young salesman by the name of Roger. He was very helpful and insightful without being pushy. They had a couple of units that would almost fit perfectly into our space. Unfortunately the bar unit was about an inch to long. After talking with his manager, he was able to get us a custom unit direct from the factory. We still weren't certain that we were ready to purchase and this was the first place we stopped. However, they made us a deal we couldn't refuse. The units were delivered when they said and installed. They did everything they promised and even through in a couple of "extras". We came in under what we had budgeted and they exceeded our expectations. Roger was great to work with and followed up on several occasions to keep us informed on the progress and also to see if we were happy. I was in the marketplace for an outdoor kitchen. I was seeking out ideas, pricing, and quality for a durable, stylish, and attractive outdoor kitchen. I wasn't very familiar with this marketplace, as this was the first outdoor kitchen I was purchasing. But with research, online searching, and in person shopping, I knew I had an idea of what I wanted. I went into Paradise Grills in Naples and I was fortunate enough to be greeted by Brian Glisson. He was welcoming, kind, and very informative. No sales pitch, pushiness, or arrogance to this young man. He listened to what I had to say, answered my questions, and just took his time showing me things and even making phone calls to inquire on things he wasn't absolutely sure about. That in itself was quite impressive. After about an hour or so, I left with information I wasn't aware of and an outdoor kitchen I really wanted to pursue but had to bring my husband back to make sure he was as happy as I was with the selection, price, etc... Once again, Brian was welcoming, informative, and knowledgeable with anything my husband inquired on. After going over final details, pricing, and delivery schedules, the deal was made and I couldn't have been happier. What Brian promised was delivered. Brian even followed up 2-3 times after the delivery to check in on us and make sure that if there were any issues, they were resolved.
