After describing the situation, he immediately and genuinely cared about the quality of my brakes, and he said it was an emergency. He came to me while I was at work, making it 100 times more convenient for a single working mother trying to make ends meet. They were at my location within 45 minutes, and I was thoroughly impressed. James and his assistant were knowledgeable and efficient; my front and back brakes were fixed and oil changed in no time. Highly competent mechanically, unusually so, and very prompt in getting the job done, excellent communication, and very reasonable in cost... Need I say more? I damaged my boat trailer on the road and they were available by phone and arrived on the spot promptly. It looked pretty bad at first but not totally awful. But then it turned out the frame was bent(!) and the whole thing turned out to be a very challenging job. When they delivered(!) the trailer back to me a few days later it was literally better than when new --thoughtful upgrades were added with my approval -- all at a total price that was extremely reasonable, in my opinion. What a great experience we had with Alpha Mobile Mechanics. They were polite, prompt, professional, competent, and reasonable. Our brakes failed while we were traveling. We called our regular mechanic who told us not to travel with the brakes as they were, so we called Alpha Mobile.
