All he did was press the start button and claimed I needed a motherboard. I told him that I have the $9 piece for him to install, and he refused. He ordered a motherboard anyway, but that was not the problem. He did not install the motherboard. Now he claims he ordered the wrong part (after swearing I was wrong and he was right) and wanted extra for a new part. I begged him to please replace the $9 hose fitting, as even Samsung states that it could be causing the problem. Again, he refused. He did not check the hoses, filters; he did NOTHING! He refused to give me my service fee back! I called him to work this out, and he hung up on me! He refuses to provide me with his manager's information so I can report him. The lights under the palapa are no longer working. Called, finally got someone who said they would be mailed out ($100 to have them installed). Three weeks later, still no lights. Also, FYI. Make sure to get all of your model and serial numbers before everything is assemble, other wise you will be taking things apart to find them later and you will need them later!
