To be clear: this isn't about the showroom staff, who were pleasant enough during the sales process. This is about the product itself, the customer service after the sale, and the overall company culture that allowed this to happen five times. Ordered July 2. $12,000 grill, $30,000+ in total damage once you count the renovation delays, rescheduled contractors, and extended rental costs. It took longer to arrive than my entire kitchen and four bathroom renovations combined. I specifically asked them to send the correctly-fitting top sitting in their own warehouse. Customer service said no, promised the replacement would fit. It didn't -- gaps over 1/2" around every appliance. I visited their showroom to compare: their display model has gaps under 1/4". Not close. Customer service told me the countertop "fits superbly" (it doesn't), sent me to their showroom to "prove" it (it didn't), then stopped responding -- and blocked my number when I kept pushing for a real fix. Emailed CEO Ray Baskett directly, multiple times. Silence. Skip the fake-looking reviews here (employees need 2 positive reviews a week for a bonus -- check Reddit). Real story's on Trustpilot: 1.8/5. Save your money, your renovation timeline, and your sanity. Even Costco would've been the smarter call.
