Guys have a great sales team, but they sell you a product they can not deliver. After delays they are offering a floor model. We purchased the St. Croix 8' Grill, September 2025.It has been less than a year and we noticed two cracks on the corners. Since it has been less than a year we contacted an office send in pictures and this was their reply-from Mary Patton-We submitted the warranty claim; unfortunately, we cannot replace the countertop because the damage was not caused by a manufacturing defect. The Countertop has a LIMITED lifetime warranty covering original workmanship defects. You have a one year warranty covering original workmanship defects in topside and edge band surfaces. As with ANY stone/granite surface, chips and cracking may occur. If you are interested, we can sell you a replacement countertop at a reduced price. The fact that there are two similar cracks at corners suggests a stress or fabrication issue rather than a single accidental impact. Yet they can't help me. So I forgot to update my review years are . The issue I had was with my propane company. There was something stuck in their tubing which restricted the propane flow. The issue was resolved after BOTH. Paradise Grills AND my propane provider came out at the same time. It took about 10 minutes for them to find the candy wrapper (WTF!?!?!?!?!?!?) stuck in the propane pipe. After the wrapper was removed EVERYTHING worked like a dream and has been perfect for the last 5 years. read more

I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent purchase and delivery experience. While the showroom was impressive and the salesperson was pleasant, the subsequent service has been unacceptable. We purchased an 8-foot built-in grill featuring a refrigerator, trash bin, $900 sink upgrade, and LED lighting. Our issues began with the delivery. Despite your policy of charging customers $750 for rescheduling, your team failed to respect the agreed 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM window. I received a call at 6:00 PM, and the delivery finally occurred at 6:30 PM. The installation was unprofessional. The delivery crew left cardboard and trash on my lawn and patio, and the refrigerator door was covered in smudges. More importantly, the grill was damaged during delivery. I have attached photos of the damage for your review. Furthermore, we experienced a "bait and switch" regarding the features. We were assured the unit included blue accent and cooking lights, yet the delivered grill has no lighting. When I contacted your office to correct this, I was told I would have to pay an additional $1,500 for the model we originally agreed upon. I was also informed that no returns are permitted. Purchased a Grill and outdoor kitchen and was delighted to get a call that they were going to include an additional burner in our outdoor kitchen due to the one we ordered not being in stock. It arrived only to find out that the opening in the countertop had been cut too wide and the burner was wobbly and unsafe. We aren't able to use the burner because it's unstable, and no longer have the counter space in that area either. We immediately called customer service who insists that it's proper, but we verified in the showroom that the burner should not be that wobbly and that the opening it too large. Our salesperson Brian keeps giving us the run around and keeps saying he is going to speak with Ian, but we have been waiting for weeks and no one will make this right. The customer service associate Mary Patton has stated they will not replace the improperly cut countertop, and Shaun-Rae Harvey insisted it was a bracket that they have not produced and failed to install as well. If they make this right, we will gladly update this post, but at this time they have sold us an outdoor kitchen that is a major safety hazard. read more

First off the products are great looking but the pressure from the salesman and the high pressure tactics are very similar to that of a car salesmen stigma that people speak of. The biggest warning is the fact that a store has a final sales policy and there are no returns or changing of the mind, so buyer beware if you do purchase with them ensure that you have done your research. I was very lucky and placed my down payment on my Amex card and I had the credit card company fight it out with them. The lifetime warranty they speak of comes with a $200 fee for every visit which I would think seems like a a money grab for their products. I decided to review them the day after I made my down payment and what I read is scary and I decide to run away from this purchase. Thank God that I did as soon as I made my call the next day to inform him about changing my mind the gloves came off and then came the real pressure of trying to change my mind. They threw everything at me and finally they understood that I was not backing down he stated that he would get with management. I didn't take the bait and called Amex to inform them of the charges and to hold back on paying them. 4 days later they reached out again and started the pressure again and then tried to hit me with this "It's too late all sales are final" then I hit them back with the 3 day buyers remorse law here in Florida, then informed them of my change of heart, and it was well within the 3 days of the purchase also that I already informed Amex and they would need to deal with them. I just received my letter from Amex informing me that the charges have been credited and I would not need to worry of the charges... while I still receive emails and phone calls from them still trying to deliver the product.? read more

Paradise grills kitchens are made of garbage stainless steel and cheap glued together countertops that will break apart. We spent about 25,000 dollars at this place and most of it was well spent. The furniture we bought was beautiful and weather resistant and very functional. However, we spent 8K on a beautiful looking fire table which in my opinion is a huge POS!! They told us it was made for Natural Gas, so we spent 6K to run a line to the table and it just wouldnt work. They replaced two tables, and the third caught on fire. A fourth was purchased for an additional 4K and it takes about 15 attempts to get it to start. The company does not stand behind their product, basically just repeating "No Refunds" My advice is do not buy ANY of their gas products, you are entering into a customer service nightmare. I did call the company and spoke with Michael Customer Service Rep and this was the response I received - In regards to your warranty claim after speaking with my higher ups I wanted to inform you that we do not perform any tile work. Tiles/grout are warrantied for a period of one year, unfortunately we no longer carry the tiles nor do we service them. I have listed the links below to where you can purchase the tiles..... Bought this thing about 18 months ago. We only now are putting it together. During that time, the grill was stored under my carport and covered. This grill is the worst investment I have ever made. If you purchase their product understand the service department is not helpful to reso issues. Many calls with different resolutions suggested each time. 1st call - sending parts , which never came. Follow calls told us the parts are located under side burners so remove it and you will find them. They were not there, thus more calls and video sent proving nothing was where they said they would be. Then they stated we needed 2 regulator, which is contrary to owners manual (only 1 needed since there is a T connection between grill and side burners in manual) and regulators are not included which you sign off on that with purchase agreement. So why would the manual show something different and the department told us to search for parts if they did not exists. In short, figure it out for yourself. Very poor service! read more

My experience with Paradise Grills has been the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I purchase an outdoor kitchen in July of 2024, the actual delivery date was on Octboer 4, 2024 and from the moment it was being delivered I noticed that there were many things wrong with it, the countertop was in two parts which would have been fine, but that problem was that countertop were completely different in color and style and they did not align together and therefore the interior lining of the dual burner has a space between the dual burner and countertops and for that reason the liner was cut into various pieces in order for it to fit which it should be in one piece, and the trim on the outdoor refrigerator is missing, Paradise grills has refused to help with the obvious issues and they are claiming that since the damage is at the back I should be happy with this, just so you know my outdoor kitchen is not against a wall and what they claim is the back is actually the front, I have never encountered such bad customer service and I will never be a customer again, the price that I am paying for outdoor is extremely expensive and the company just has not cared at all, they have made at least 5 or more service calls and no resolution and they have also lied about my intentions of not being available but I have made myself available sometimes leaving work early and having to wait at time up to almost midnight for them to show up, It now has been 5 months and they continue to refuse to make the changes to all the damages that were stated on the delivery date. read more

I purchased a new BBQ island from Paradise Grills Direct, Inc. Less than 1 year ago when I noticed that there were quite a number of defects and poor workmanship. The new fridge is rusting (has a 5 year warranty), the frame itself is rusting and sagging, the rust from the frame is so severe that it's cutting thru the stucco, the integrity of the frame is severely compromised, tiles are loose, stucco is stained from tiles and frame rust running down stucco. For the past 3 weeks I've been contacting the company and have spoken to countless number of representatives: Melissa, Brandon, Annie, Marielys, and Claudia. I've been advised it's covered and someone will contact me to schedule a field inspection but no one calls and I keep getting the run around each time I call the company. I've been asked to send in photos which I've complied with their request and still no resolution. Really poor customer experience and service.
