We placed our order on March 21 and were told to expect delivery in approximately 2 weeks. In reality, the order was not delivered until April 29--over a month later. During that time, communication was consistently poor. I called the store multiple times for updates and was repeatedly told there were "issues at the distributor." However, when I contacted the distributor directly, I was told the items were in stock, which raises serious questions about what was actually happening with our order. When the delivery finally arrived, the experience deteriorated further. The grill and cabinets--both very heavy items--were simply left in the driveway. There was no attempt to coordinate delivery time, and no effort to place the items anywhere near the installation area. For products of this size and price point, this level of service is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the invoice listed a propane (LP) model, even though we had clearly discussed and intended to purchase a grill compatible with a direct natural gas line. This points to a lack of attention to detail and raises concerns about overall order accuracy. In total, we spent over $4,500 and received a level of service that fell well below expectations. While delays can happen, the combination of poor communication, questionable explanations, lack of follow-through, and careless delivery reflects a broader issue with how this business operates. We generally prefer to support local retailers, but in this case, we would have been far better off purchasing from a reputable online retailer where communication, order accuracy, and delivery expectations are clearly managed.

Their card reader wasn't working so I counted out some cash I had in my purse which ended up being about $2.30. I told her I'd just get some drinks then. I was looking for deals like 2 for $2 or something like that so I could also get my boyfriend a drink when she started yelling at me to get out.. I said what why? And she said it was because I was "taking too long". I don't know if she thought I was stealing or what but for the record I was wearing tight shorts, a slim jacket with no pockets, and my purse was the size of a clutch. I have never stolen any thing in my life nor been yelled at or kicked out of any establishment. I was just browsing drinks. It was very very odd and honestly a bizarre way to treat someone. As I was walking out the door, I managed to get her face on camera on the off chance she is not actually the owner (when she said she was it didn't sound entirely truthful, it was almost hesitant) and the real owner wants to see. When she saw me taking the picture she leapt over the counter trying to snatch my phone. If she was fast enough to actually get it, that could be reported as assault and damage to personal property. Again, I'm so sad I will not ever return to this establishment. The other ladies are so great and my boyfriend goes and gets tenders and fries at least 3 times a week and have probably spent a small fortune here over time since it's the closest convenience store to us.
