All the ladies I've interacted with have been absolutely lovely, until I met the woman who claimed being the owner. Their card reader wasn't working so I counted out some cash I had in my purse which ended up being about $2.30. I told her I'd just get some drinks then. I was looking for deals like 2 for $2 or something like that so I could also get my boyfriend a drink when she started yelling at me to get out.. I said what why? And she said it was because I was "taking too long". I don't know if she thought I was stealing or what but for the record I was wearing tight shorts, a slim jacket with no pockets, and my purse was the size of a clutch. I have never stolen any thing in my life nor been yelled at or kicked out of any establishment. I was just browsing drinks. It was very very odd and honestly a bizarre way to treat someone. As I was walking out the door, I managed to get her face on camera on the off chance she is not actually the owner (when she said she was it didn't sound entirely truthful, it was almost hesitant) and the real owner wants to see. When she saw me taking the picture she leapt over the counter trying to snatch my phone. If she was fast enough to actually get it, that could be reported as assault and damage to personal property. Again, I'm so sad I will not ever return to this establishment. The other ladies are so great and my boyfriend goes and gets tenders and fries at least 3 times a week and have probably spent a small fortune here over time since it's the closest convenience store to us. Very disappointed. I left out her face on purpose for privacy but also kindness, which she showed zero to me.

The installers were completely incompetent and they hooked up the water but not the drain so when we first used the washer, it resulted in water running down to the first floor through the ceiling. I might add that we spent $950 to have the appliances installed correctly. I have built other houses and never had that experience! When I called to complain, the sales person said it was our fault for not checking! He was very rude and he basically hung up on us. Also, the builder who is a very good builder noticed how inept the installers were. They didn't seem to know what they were doing. please find another appliance store.

    The worse customer service EVER!!! We paid for a stove that needed to be ordered. We paid in full…read morein advance for the stove. Called to check on the order. Was told the stove we ordered (and paid for in full) had been SOLD, and we would have to pay an additional $200 to order an additional stove. This was ONLY the beginning of a terrible experience. The oven door shattered after only 6 months and had to be replaced. Then, a few weeks later, a terrible clanking sound and a burning smell would start when the oven was turned on. It was LOUD! We called Blueridge and they told us we would have to contact the manufacturer. They didn't offer to have someone come and look at the stove, nor did they offer ANY advice. We finally found Appliance Grandmasters, who came out and fixed the stove. Turns out, the problem was that the fan had been damaged during transit! The repairman was able to fix it in 15 minutes! Hats off to Appliance Grandmasters. HIGHLY recommend them! As for Blueridge, absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! And, our salesperson, Lewis, is absolutely worthless.
