The owner/operator is there serving hot made to order dogs. He is closed Wednesday and Sunday (makes sense as his booth is in the parking lot of a church). The coffee here is Ka'u coffee and it was excellent. It was smooth and rich with a nice natural sweetness that paired really well with the cream.
