DO NOT call these guys, came out to powerwash our house and the result was a streaky mess. When we first used The Dirt Hunter a couple of years ago they did a good job and my wife left a nice client review. We called them again to powerwash our house, but when I came home to see their work I noticed they did not even use a cleaning solution just water.  Yes they rinsed our house with plain water. The next day I called the owner Matt and he gave us his apologies and refunded our money. After getting such poor service I ask Matt to take down our prior review by making more than 6 phone calls and at least 10 email messages over several months always getting an excuse on how he cannot remove the review. It is one thing to do a crappy job but when my wifes reviews are trusted by neighbors that also get sub-par results it makes me furious. I was very impressed with their customer service. This is a quality lacking in many companies these days. They arrived at the scheduled time but encountered a problem with my water and was unable to perform a portion of the job. They were very accomodating and set up another appointment to finish the work the following week. Great company. read more

Terrible experience. Horrible customer service. Came home to find gutter debris thrown into my landscaping and onto my porch and left there. Some window tracks were attempted to be wiped down, most weren't touched. Workers left rags on my deck and broke a window lock and tracked dirt throughout my home. Obviously upset, I called the owner and he didn't like that I had an "aggressive tone" warned me that in order for him to evaluate if he would return to fix anything, I would need to speak to him, nicer. Unsure where this guy was educated on customer service, but he's clearly delusional if he thinks this a customer should ever be blamed. Save yourself a headache and do it yourself! read more

I had gutter cleaning done at my house. When getting a quote I mentioned that I had screen style gutter guards and that a few had fallen out. I asked that if they would simply snap them back into place while they were up there. The lady I talked to told me that that would be no problem. We even joked about other companies who refused to. My thought is that I am paying you because I do not want to go on my roof and deal with it. Each one takes seconds to put in and there were only 4 3 foot pieces that had fallen off. The cleaner showed up at least an hour before we were scheduled and I was not home to oversee the work. since the guards were in the garage they could not put them back on. They also left debris on the porch, deck, driveway, and sidewalks. When I called to see what was going on, the same lady changed her story about the gutter guards and said that they only put the ones on that they took off for cleaning. Stating something about how it is a liability. Complete cop out. She was deceptive and the work is sloppy. I did get my ladder out after all, and while the gutters were cleaner, there was still a fair amount of dirt at the bottom. read more

I had the Dirt Hunter out to my house in Brighton today. They had 2 crews (1 for the roof cleaning and 1 for the siding and window cleaning). Both crews were outstanding. Nicest guys who were professional and friendly. Very conscientious and thorough in their work. My old house looks clean and fresh. I will definitely be a repeat customer and have this cleaning done every couple of years. I highly recommend the Dirt Hunter. Thanks again. read more
