I understand they got the best local blooms from Urban Buds and kept them in good condition leading up to pickup day, so they are a little more expensive. The first time the card was misplaced and we had no idea who sent it, when we tried to reach both locations there was never an actual person to answer the phones. The second time we reviewed a nice bouquet but it was clearly not fresh. When we saw the person that sent it and thanked them for the flowers they were upset that it was supposed to be relived 3 days before. (Flowers are not cheap, if they are paid to be delivered that day, then that is what should happen. After a few hours the flowers look tired and some nearly ready to be tossed.
