This place has some of the best food in the city of Decatur! Amazing views on the top deck plus it's 21+! They have great prices for their drinks as well! It's incredible bar food with one of the best veggie burgers I've ever had. You can't go wrong with this place!

I've been here before and the food is always fast yummy and fresh! The service wasn't the best this tune and we were told we could only sit at a two person table because bigger tables were for bigger groups and the entire rooftop was completely empty at 1pm. That was super crappy. The ambiance is laid back.

Not usually a fan of chains. For a small chain the Atlanta metro area. This place doesn't disappoint. They have a cool atmosphere and tasty food. This location has a full service bar separate from the general area. The bar area has plenty of TV's to watch games. The burger was cooked to requested temperature. Fries crispy and great with cheese sauce. Tried the Grindhouse beer, good combo burger, fries and beer! Parking gets a bit tight, Sundays have extra parking because of the closed chic fillet.

Price: $-$$ (About $10-15 pp) Food: * * * * Service: * * * * Ambiance: * * * * Grindhouse burgers is always a solid choice when you're looking for a fun and tasty place to visit. The location in Decatur, with two stories and plenty of parking, make it a frequent stop for me. From their original grindhouse burger to their house made chilli, everything I've tried here is pretty savory. My go-to is the Euro burger, with mushrooms and Swiss cheese... yum! They are also known for their impossible burger. Honestly, I've never had it myself.. but will make a point to get it next time I'm here. Great lunch place if you're in the area.

We came here for Friday dinner . The service was good and burgers delicious as were the crinkle cut fries. The ambience was retro and eclectic with old posters on the walls. Multiple tv's downstairs and a Sports bar upstairs (ages 21 and up).Highly recommended!

Came on a Friday night and it wasn't busy. Sat upstairs with the nice heaters. Got the Yankee style burger with sweet potato fries and a coke. The burger was very oily but tasted good. The sweet potato fries were nice and crispy. The onion rings were okay. Service was alright. Our server brought my friend a refill on coke but not me which was weird.

Grindhouse Killer Burger is truly outstanding. Despite ordering my meal to go, I was impressed by the freshness of the food and the meticulous packing. I opted for a bacon burger, and a side of fries and chili. My meal was flavorful and deeeelicious! For those who prefer dinning in, you'll find ample space both upstairs and downstairs to comfortably accommodate small and large groups.

    Cooked to perfection.

The burgers here are really good. I got the single patty because didn't want to over do it. The fries were just fries nothing special. My sister got the fried pickles. The batter came off when trying to eat. Not sure why but we didn't really like them. My cousin had the Carolina coleslaw and that was very tasty. It's vinegar based. I recommend giving them a try.

I stopped here to finish my day of remote work and to grab a quick bite to eat. On a nice day, the top adults-only deck is a nice option to work or meet up with friends. I didn't want to eat anything too heavy so, I ordered a side of brussels sprouts and cheese fries. The sprouts were pretty good but, the fries stated like they were missing something even with cheese sauce and ketchup. Thats just a personal preference of mine though; takes nothing from the restaurant.

And the standards for this type of business concept are normally belooow the basement. But I figured we'd stop in while running errands in the area and grab something to munch on. I saw that they fry with tallow and I'm always on the hunt for some beef fat fried goodness. Now it's a rarity to spend less than $10 on a good burger these days in ATL, and even more of a rarity to feel that said burger was worth your coins. I side-eyed their $6 single but figured I'd give it a shot. Man, NFA proves that a burger doesn't have to be "gourmet" to still be damn good. The sauces, mustard, juices from the beef, slight sweetness from the potato roll, the crunch of the pickle... it all combines into something simplistic in nature yet magical. I usually expect this level of good (and inexpensive) in South GA but they brought that small town flair to the suburbs of Dunwoody. I hate crinkle fries normally but the decision to fry them in tallow makes me a believer. Simple, classic menu. No frills. Hot and fast. Great customer service, too. Just wait in your car and an amicable young adult (of which they seem to largely employ) will bring your order out to your car or to their picnic tables in the back. $17 for two to eat... in this day and age?!?! This place puts fast food burger chains to SHAME.

We arrived about two hours prior to them closing, which turned out to be perfect, as we beat the crowd and before they stopped taking orders. That was my only negative observation, many people were turned away nearly an hour before closing. I know I would have been upset if I drove all the way to Decatur and couldn't place an order. Hopefully, they will improve their processes so everyone can experience the greatness that they're cooking up! When we arrived, one of the owners greeted us with a lively personality. She handed us menus and told us to select a seat. The seating is spacious, and you can opt to sit at the bar, a table, or outdoors. It's open seating, so it's first come, first served. After selecting a seat, our server arrived shortly thereafter and let us know that the shrimp fries were out of stock before we ordered. We were hungry, so we already knew what we wanted to order. I chose the "THAT SH!T SLAMBING" with feta cheese, initially opting out of the fries, but I don't think the server heard me, and my husband ordered the "Who Wants Beef" with fries. Everything was cooked fresh to order, so there was a slight wait. I would recommend planning accordingly if you're really hungry, as the wait maybe longer than expected. We also shared a Jumex Nectar, as they only had one left. While waiting, I was told they were out of feta cheese, though I saw a dish with feta come out after ours; however, they may have ordered it before us. I was still a bit disappointed, as I believe the feta would have taken my lamb burger to another level. When our food arrived, it was hot and fresh. I was glad I ended up with fries, as I was hungrier than I thought. The burgers were amazing and seasoned to perfection. You can tell the chef is cooking with passion, as you can taste it in every bite. I also appreciate that they utilize farm-to-block sourcing, providing fresh, handcrafted, high-quality food. If you've been considering dining here, don't hesitate any longer, just go! Be sure to arrive early or call ahead for takeout. I highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again!

The small parking lot was full and lucked out with a spot on the street. I opted to order at the bar so I could enjoy a beer and where it is full service - otherwise it is ordering at the register when you walk in. Service at the bar was friendly, efficient and attentive. I ended up with a double beef burger (each patty is 1/4 pound) at $9, pimento cheese (.75 cents) and Grindhouse Sauce which was in the 1000 island / Mac sauce territory. I was undecided on a side so lucky for me there is a "Frings" option of 1/2 onion rings and fries ($5.75). The burger was a little on the dry side even with the toppings but the potato roll made it a little more interesting. The onion rings were great and can't go wrong with crinkle cut fries. Cold Tropicalia on draft ($8) served by friendly bar staff made it a really great experience. Even though this is not my favorite burger, the sides, the drink options and the overall vibe of the place with excellent service still will make this a place I could visit again. Maybe giving a different burger a try instead of a BYO like I did the first time out.

It's free parking because it's in Sandy springs so don't have to worry about trying to pay so that's good! I tried a couple of things but my most recent trip I went for the burger. You order at the counter and you can order anything there out of the all the restaurants they have. So you can order from any of five different spots and one register but I came specifically for Burger time. Birria burger - Now this burger was pretty good. It wasn't amazing but it was good. It needed an extra something. Typically. If you have this type of Taco you'll have something that you can dip the taco in, but the burger just came a little bit more dry and I feel like they could have had something extra to help it along. Queso fries - the fries were good. I feel like they kind of skimped a little bit on the queso, but other than that though they came out very crispy and the queso that was there was pretty flavorful. Onion rings - At this point I was just being a glutton LOL. Bunion rings were good and they had come back sauce and another sauce with them. I feel like they were kind of fried a little too hard though. But anybody could have an off day, not a big deal. You just don't want to cut your gums up like Captain crunch while you're trying to chew an onion ring LOL! Eventually I'll try the other couple of things. Like I haven't had the taco spot there yet, but it's on my list of things to do. It's a good duck off if you're in the area because there's a shopping area right across the street, so if you're in that Hood, I would definitely suggest giving it a checkout.
