Very good food burgers . They are a little small though. I had the turkey burger cooked to perfection and not dry. My son had the double beef burger. Although still small as in size it filled him up. The sauerkraut hot dog was decent but was a little snappy with each bite. Fry are crinkle cut, nothing really special about those but that sauce that can with it made them stand out. Order your food and they will bring it out to you. The take Apple pay also. Very clean on inside. Did not see food score posted though. Parking is very limited at this place, so go early in the day. If you park in other lots that you are not patronizing you will get a boot on your car. They have a section upstairs that is a full bar no kids must be 21 and older to go upstairs. This place is kid friendly also. Plenty of outdoor eating available. The difference here is that they grind their own meat in house. read more

My favorite thing about this place was their setup. We showed up right before the school across the street let out, so I loved the 21 and over option upstairs. Also that it's open air! The burgers were yummy and filling - even just the single patty. We were able to share the frings because it was enough to go around. Tried the cheese balls -let's call those an acquired taste. I have been twice now and can't wait to go back again. The burgers are fresh and tasty, and the fries are amazing. Both times we got the loaded fries which have cheese, bacon, jalapeños and ranch. Yes they are sinful but all so good! I will say there is not a huge variety of burgers but what I have tried has been good. I had the burger with the blue cheese and the burger with sautéed onions. Wish they had a few more options but it wouldn't stop me from going back. Both times we sat upstairs where it is 21+ although I have seen a kid in there before. Downstairs looks pretty sad actually but that's just me. Service was fine. Staff was nice. I'll have to go back and try one of the boozy milkshakes one day. Great bar menu as well! read more

I've been here before and the food is always fast yummy and fresh! The service wasn't the best this tune and we were told we could only sit at a two person table because bigger tables were for bigger groups and the entire rooftop was completely empty at 1pm. This location has a full service bar separate from the general area. The bar area has plenty of TV's to watch games. The burger was cooked to requested temperature. Fries crispy and great with cheese sauce. Tried the Grindhouse beer, good combo burger, fries and beer! We stopped in around 7 on a Friday night. We ate upstairs (were there were servers). Service was quick, the waitresses were friendly and attentive. The burgers? YUM. I had a single cowboy burger, the husband had the double burger. I ate half- great, but I was full! Husband ate his & my half. The fries? Good, old fashioned crinkle cuts. HOT!!! Not greasy. We ate downstairs since my nephew was with us so maybe I might have to do another review on upstairs. Downstairs is counter service and upstairs has table service. When placing our order it took a really long time since there was only one person taking orders. I kind of didn't understand that since 3 to 4 other people were just standing around behind the counter waiting for something to do. We went when it really wasn't that busy so I can only imagine what it would be like with the line out the door. The burgers were fine. The old fashion was very good. We also got an order of the frings (fries and onion rings) which were also fine. Nothing really blew me away about this place but, then again, upstairs may be a little more fun (which by the way is 21+). They are located next to the Chick-fil-A and they have a small parking lot that surrounds the building. I like the two-story layout of the restaurant, with the open air rooftop area which is good for dining in on summer or early fall days. Sat upstairs and ordered a build-your-own Impossible burger with all the fixings that I like and a side of fries. The food was tasty and matched the quality that I am used to from other Grindhouse locations. Minus 1 star because the service could have been better. The staff seemed more concerned with chatting amongst themselves or with their friends rather than checking on us to see how we were doing or if we needed anything. While not grass-fed (as far as we know), we think the burgers here are more flavorful than another burger place nearby. In our opinion, you really can't go wrong here. I have to echo the comments here about the terrible service. I've ordered pick-up from this place a million times, as I work across the street. I made the mistake of eating in, and the service was shockingly bad. I mean, Wow. I tried twice, and it was horrible both times. Luckily there are a number of other great restaurants in the neighborhood with great food that actually like customers. One good thing about this place is that the prices are dirt cheap. Maybe that's why they can't seem to find solid service staff? I've heard good things about the owner, so I hope they get it together. I can't justify spending any more money here. read more

The upstairs area is such a great atmosphere no matter what time of the year it is. All of their burgers are so creative and good. I will say the fries at Grindhouse are some of my favorite.
