Burger and fries were fantastic, would definitely get them again. Ordered then sat inside Wild Leap which has a great bar too.

Delicious smash burgers, loved the caramelized onions and that they keep it pretty classic and simple. Fries are well seasoned and crispy.

Really good burgers, fries, and deserts. Service was also amazing! The bar is a nice place to sit in, and an amazing vibe.

Fast service, great food, and easy access from Wild Leap. It's a little pricey ($19 for triple and fries) but you get what you pay for.

My to-go order looks a bit on the small side, but it was definitely hardy and enough for me (average to probably a tadd bit more indulgence eater haha) I enjoyed their Mac and Cheese, along with their potato salad -- they're definitely my favorite sides when I'm visiting here The spice and seasoning here is a little bit less than before but I appreciate the staff who gave me several extra hot sauces haha

I called shortly afterward and was informed that an employee had found it and that it was being held at the restaurant. When I arrived about 10 minutes later to retrieve it, I was told that the phone was no longer there and had somehow gone missing. What made this situation even worse was the way the manager handled it. Instead of showing concern, taking responsibility, or making a genuine effort to help resolve the issue, he was dismissive, spoke to me in an unprofessional manner in front of other customers, and ultimately walked away while I was still trying to discuss what had happened. I understand that mistakes can happen, but losing an item that had already been found and acknowledged by staff is a serious issue. More importantly, the lack of accountability, empathy, and professionalism shown by management was unacceptable. No customer should be treated with disrespect, especially when trying to recover a valuable personal item. I hope the company reviews its lost-and-found procedures and provides better customer service training to its management team. My experience left me feeling frustrated, embarrassed, and completely unsupported.

The food comes out fast, and the food is what you would expect from a drive-in style burger joint from yesteryear. The original location is near Georgia Tech and is huge. It was shocking how much the quality of the food and service had declined. Shrinkflation was real. The only thing that remained the same was the historic atmosphere, and if that is all that this generation relies on to carry this icon into the future, I believe your prospects are limited. Frank Gordy and his operating philosophy, which he stated clearly when receiving the Atlanta Salesman of the Year Award in 1979, was built around quality and fairness: "I built my business around quality and fairness. We never change the quality or the taste of Varsity food; our food must be the same every day. And we greet our customers with courtesy and serve them quickly. We let them know we appreciate their business. So there's no secret to our success. Anyone will be successful if they build their business around quality and fairness." CAN THE MANAGEMENT SAY THAT HIS VISION IS STILL IN PLACE TODAY????? Based on my experience on Saturday, I can tell you that your team has only lost the original philosophy; they have lost their way, plain and simple, and are headed for a major failure. It will be a sad day when I read about the doors closing on this icon.

We got the pimento Mac and cheese cups, some miller lites, and the peach cobbler. The Mac and cheese was amazing, definitely a must try. The peach cobbler was good but the filling tasted like it was canned and the crust wasn't crispy. Next time I come by, I'd definitely want to try their banana pudding. The employees working were super nice and helpful. They were quick to take our orders and brought out our food very fast. I also liked that they had a combination of indoor and outdoor seating, this seems like a fun place to grab a drink with friends.

We had to wonder up the steps from the sidewalk to make sure it was open. Street level, it is hard to see up in here and it looked like no one was in the dining room. But when we got up there to look at the menu, we noticed that it was open and were greeted by the hostess. Still thinking that this place was empty and we were given the option to pick where we wanted to sit. We chose the bar once we knew it was an option. Then that's where we were clued in to how big this space was. Behind what we thought was the wall to the kitchen was actually the other side to the restaurant. Sitting at the bar was a good choice as we were greeted and off and running. After looking over the menu I went with the Taco Trifecta which allows you to choose three tacos from their list, excluding the lobster and birria. With that I chose the Baja Fish, Southern Comfort, and Mac Daddy. I added a side of tater tots to make it feel like a meal. My complaint, and this is my only complaint, is the price for a side here. For what I paid, I should have gotten more than eight tater tots. I know it's a side, but that is less than an order of fries at a fast food place. As far as the tacos, yum! I went through these in a particular order, in the order of how excited for them I was. It didn't hurt that I got one beef, one chicken, on fish. I started with the Baja Fish. White fish, shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, cilantro and chipotle aioli. You could tell this was fresh, but the least favorite of the three for me. Then I dug into the Southern Comfort. Grilled chicken, cotija, grilled onions, fried pickles, and chipotle bbq sauce. What made me want this one was the fried pickles on it. The mix of flavors was amazing and this really worked. The Mac Daddy is basically a take on the Big Mac. Smashed burger batty, American cheese, special sauce, sesame seeds, shredded romaine, tomato, pickles and diced onions. This was by far my favorite. I really enjoyed this one. If I were to do this again, I might just get three of these. While dining I glanced around this place. How interestingly it was decorated. Then let your eyes glance up. That is when you will notice the decor and the tie in to the name. Mostly, if you just glance quickly, you'll notice the buckets. But look closer and you will notice the garbage cans, but what really got me was a mailbox used as a lamp shade. Totally unique.

I landed late so Mr. Fries Man was open late so it worked perfectly. I am not familiar with areas I just know it was close to my hotel. The location has kinda a open concept kitchen. I placed my order online when I picked up my rental car so the food would be ready when I arrived. When I walked in the food wasn't ready but it was also was closer to the airport than I thought so that was my fault. The gentleman that was there was very pleasent and helpful. I ordered the Jr. Honey Garlic Shrimp and Steak Fries, Mini Churros Fries, Plain Wings with a lot of sauces. The Jr. Honey Garlic Shrimp were okay. The shrimp and steak were seasoned well but the steak was tough. The Mini Churros Fries were good and hit the spot for dessert. The Wings were my favorite and I tried them with all the sauces they had. They were crispy and sauces were good. Overall for the price I paid it wasn't worth it. There was a different fry option that I wanted to try so I do want to give them another try when I am back in atlanta.
