The food is good, service sucks. They don't send you the things you asked for most of the time, especially if you're ordering online.

I ask for stew chicken, got to work and they gave me fried chicken so I call them explain to the guy in the front my food was wrong. So I went back with the food after work and got nothing but attitude from the guy who takes the other made me wait until he took care of six customers before he attended to me. Very unprofessional has no customer service skills whatsoever!! He told me he gave me what they had which was only fried chicken, who makes decisions for the customers on what they're going to eat ????? I will never go back!! Don't waste your time. They never take time to update their uber eats menus. You'll order and when the driver gets there or themselves will call you and tell you what you order is not available. Every fucking time. They only have a couple things available. They are too lazy too make any of the juices listed. If you're absolutely starving, you can eat something they have. I was visiting West Palm for the weekend and passed this restaurant on my way to the outlets so decided to call in for some food. Apparently they are pretty new and just opened a few months ago. I ordered the Griot (pork) meal which came with a good amount of meat, 2 pieces of fried plantain, a large amount of rice, sauce, and pickles for $10. I was impressed with the amount of items they offered on the menu. This is some authentic Haitian food, tasting just like the food my mom and grandmothers made when i was growing up. It is June.21,2021 @ 8:52p! I will like to start by saying everyone have good and bad days. Now that I have that out of the way, when I first started ordering from this place, I loved the food, mind you I'm a yankee so I enjoyed it, for about a month and a half I've been addicted , twice I ordered on door dasher(costly). So I've been ordering by phone and I pick up because its a wait! For the past two weeks, those ladies have been showing there natural born asses! Today was the worst! I called at 3:15 today June.21 I got there @3:30. As soon as I walked in the young lady with the soft voice that took my order walked to the back before I could say anything , so I patiently waited to be waited on and a friend of mine walked in and she is Haitian, the red skinned woman walked from the back and I told her I called in and she made it seem like she understood cause she replied "two minutes", while me and my friend girl were talking she was saying she don't even like to come to this location, I'm not haitain so I don't know what I'm doing I just like my griot combo. As she's talking we see different little roaches in different places of the restaurant which I had never experienced since going in. I was going to let it pass, but it would be my last day going, long story short the young lady that took my order had an attitude with me because I explained to her I had been waiting for a long period of time, she made it seem as if I was supposed to go to the back to get her , she grabs my plate from under the bar where I previously saw a roach crawling from and I respectfully asked to inspect and a roach came out of the food, smh! This place takes forever to make the food even when you order in advance. I ordered food at least an hour and 10 minutes through the phone. I got there and it still wasn't ready. But 4 out of 5 times when you call your food in ahead of time, when you get there, they are out of what you ordered! When I call, they say "yes we have that," then you get there, and they haven't even got your food ready because they don't write down your order when you call your order in to prepare it for when you arrive, and then tell you they "just ran out," ... I'm from out of town and whenever I come to Florida I'm on a quest to find Haitian food.... let me just say the you g girl in the front was polite. I ordered Fried goat and my girl order oxtail stew and the meat was so tender .... the rice Jon Jon was cooked so well. The sauce on Gawd was everything!!! The meat fell off the bone!!! I'm still doing the happy dance. More than satisfied and I can't wait to eat again. Also the ladies in the back speaking creole I was laughing my ass off from their conversation.
