You pick how often you want them to come and it's only $40 an hour with a two hour minimum. Very affordable for what we are looking for. I am so happy and a small weight has been lifted off my shoulders. We live so far I worry and dad refuses to move in with us.

Stalls are narrow,…read moresubstantially all of the stalls are compact stalls, a lot of drivers park over the line, you have less than a foot to open your car door, and directional signs are too sparse to be useful. When you enter the main parking entrance off the Hospital porte cochere, it says visitor parking is limited to levels 1B, 2B, 3A, and 3B. However, there is no signage indicating what level you are on. So when you drive up to the next level, you find out you are now on level 4A. So you need to turn around and drive down. Even when you walk into the main hospital entrance, there are no directional signs to the office you are looking for. For example, when you enter the main entrance, it has a great directory which has a listing for office 104. After looking for office 104 in the main lobby for 5 minutes and getting frustrated, a cleaner asked me what I was looking for and told me office 104 is outside and 50 feet to the left of the main entrance. The facility itself is in excellent condition. However, the signage needs a complete makeover.

Because I thought it would be nice if I could spend the rest of my life in such a beautiful and peaceful place. There was a Catholic Church on the first floor and it was surrounded by a very majestic atmosphere. The end of life that everyone experiences... I think it would be very blessed to be able to spend that period in Hawaii, but in the end, I felt that how good home care I could receive from a professional would be the difference between good luck and bad luck at the end of my life. I read the catalog in the lobby, but unfortunately I didn't understand the work of this place well. The 3rd Floor staff was really nice and super kind to my mother. She enjoyed being around them. My biggest gripe is their office staff. Really super bad communication. I would call and leave messages on their voice mail and they would never return my calls. One day I was so frustrated that when I did finally get to speak to someone in a particular department I had asked why do they not return phone calls when messages are left. I was basically blown off and told I don't know. I was pretty stunned about their shear lack of accountability. They would often tell me that they called but I never answered. I would check my phone and I had zero missed calls from them because they never called. Personally, I can't stand them. It was frustrating. My mother was finally discharged yesterday morning. How I found out was through an email Thursday afternoon at 4:45pm that said "We were not able to get in touch with you but wanted to let you know that your mother will be discharged tomorrow." I was so happy to get her out of there so I would not have to deal with that horrible office staff and grouchy people that open the door. I would give them a big fat 0 stars because of their horrible office staff. My mom said 4 but their food is really a 1. So we went with 3 stars.
