The employee that installed the tiles was sloppy and got the grout on the ceiling and then painted over it and now we have patches of mismatched paint all over our freshly painted ceilings..we asked them to come back and fix the job ( I must have left 5 or 6 messages with the woman that runs the store in quincy) and she ignored every one. My MIL spent a fortune on her bathrooms and they did the same thing with her. It's a real shame that it would probably take not even a half of a day of work and they ignored me. I can't get the grout to look clean no matter how hard I scrub because there is water settling in the old grout that is cracking through..this was a few years ago but the grout is cracking even worse now in the shower and I'm finally now writing a review about it

I have called Jim four times over the last 3.5 weeks and left messages asking about eta and no phone call has been returned. I texted him. My husband called him. Finally, I called the store and asked to speak to the owner and was told they would leave a message for Kathy Smitt to call me back. When Kathy did not call me I called back the next day and she refused to get on the phone although she was there and told them to tell me they would give me my money back. I learned that Kathy is the GM for the last 30 years, not the owner, that Jim McCadden, who has not returned any calls is the owner along with another Jim Martin. I need the piece next week while I have the contractor. They are completely screwing me, have wasted a month and they don't care.

Our bathrooms were original tile from the 20s and they had some...old fashioned elements. Because of corona virus we had some trouble getting all of the tile to show up at the right time and we left the house for a few days as to keep everyone healthy. Jimmy was very patient about the tiles, even going to Home Depot himself to help solve the problems. He was communicative and took our bathrooms from tattered to tidy (and clean and lovely!) Our backsplash was made of pressed tin, which is a little unusual. Jimmy and his assistant worked hard to learn about the product and did a truly perfect job installing it. He was even patient and responsive about communication before and after to set things up and work out details. When we were deciding about tiling Jimmy's relaxed personality and professionalism put us at ease, and his prices were very fair. My brother saw Jimmy's quote and said, "book him and pay him double!"
