Josh didn't outstanding job on the tile work and I'm very satisfied with how it is holding up and it is amazing to look at. During this first visit he also built the bookcase which is attached on one side. It is free-standing on the other so that we can move it about it is a beautiful piece of furniture and I am very satisfied with it. He also built another custom piece which is the corner curio cabinet. Each piece has to be custom made. It was built into the wall to hide an open space and it is perfect he built-in lights and it holds everything that I need in that area. On the second visit to our house, Josh helped repair a leak in the sink. The previous floor had failed in our kitchen and he replaced all of the flooring with tile. I cannot say how much I love my new kitchen floor. Each time Josh was here he was respectful of my home, he kept it clean, he cleaned up after himself, he was kind, funny and friendly. He always kept his promise and he is an outstanding person to work with and you won't be disappointed. His prices are fair and customary to this area.

He took care of the demo (down to studs), new drywall, paint, subflooring, completely redid 3 bathrooms (new tubs/showers, vanities, toilets, mirrors, floors), our laminate plank flooring downstairs and the carpet upstairs. He built us a completely new kitchen, (cupboards, quartz countertops, new appliances etc). He worked well with our insurance company to fix all of the damage caused by 6 days of water flowing into our home, as well as updates we paid for. We had some old pipe left in our home he removed and replaced as well as a water spicket moved for us. I also purchased two new chandeliers he hung for us. It was a giant job and Dom took care of everything in a timely manner. He is easy to work with, he returned our calls in a timely manner and took the time to explain what I didn't understand. I don't believe there is anything he can't do! I've got nothing but gratitude, love and and positivity for Dominic and his team at Korzo Constuction.

He matched the pattern over the kitchen waterfall exactly and the edge is perfect. The thing that distinguished Dominic from a number of other contractors who have worked on our remodel is his professionalism and concern with our satisfaction. From the day that he first visited our home he has responded promptly to any and all questions. When there were issues with pulling the outlet/switch boxes through the backsplash (due to shoddy work from a previous contractor) he immediately brought in an electrician to get the job done correctly. Out of…read moreall the quotes we got, ABC was the most reasonably priced and was going to ensure supporting beam was installed. So when we needed all our drywall jointed remudded after popcorn removal, we decided to hire ABC. Three whole days of work. They mudded all the joints, sanded, chalked the the edges where the ceiling and wall met, and put a light texture on our ceiling. Overall, we are very happy and our ceilings look fantastic. Thanks ABC, we highly recommend!

We hired Vitaliy to help us renovate our upstairs bathroom due to a leak. He replaced the floor and…read moreinstalled a brand new walk-in shower. As much as I would have loved it I'm so disappointed with the outcome. The first time I took a shower I mentioned to him that the shower base creaks loudly, and he told me he put expanding foam to help it, but if that doesn't work then there's nothing else he can do unless I buy another base. It doesn't make any sense as this was all brand new. Also he states that the shower base was made from cheap material, that's why he says it creaks. I can assure you it was not cheap at all. I spent an approximate $1,200 on that walk-in shower so I'm sure it's not because it's made from "cheap" material. The only areas that don't creak are the edges where he used the foam. However, right in the middle of the shower base is where it creaks the most, and when you press on it, you can tell there isn't any cushion between the floor and the base. As more days have passed, I've noticed a lot of imperfections from his work. He left a big scratch and two holes in my wall, he has left boot marks on the shower base that I can't get rid of, the glass doors constantly keep sliding down and they are not parallel to the walls so water escapes, he didn't finish the baseboard around the vanity, and finally, the metal carpet trim that transitions from the bathroom floor to hallway was placed crooked - one side is in the middle of the door frame while the other side extends past it. I did have to ask him to come back a second time because the leak was not resolved. Thankfully he found that problem and fixed it. However I spent good money on this remodel and I'm not satisfied with the outcome. I have spent too much time trying to look for someone else to fix this issue since he said there's nothing else he can do. Overall I thought I was getting a good deal for this renovation but in the end it's costing me more to fix a problem I didn't even start with. What a nightmare! Would not recommend this business to anyone!
