It's never good to wake up in the morning and have your shower and toilets not draining properly. I had an overflow at the sewer clean-out. I called and left messages with 7 (yes, seven!) different companies. Only one returned my call and he was booked for the day. Then I called Grizzly Bear Plumbing and the owner actually answered the phone. He was in my area and told me when to expect him, and that he would call in advance when he was on his way. As promised, I received a call from Todd 20 minutes before his arrival. When he arrived he greeted me with a handshake and a business card. I showed him to the back yard, he got to work right away and was finished within an hour. He let me know that the blockage was due to roots in the line and recommended regular maintenance to mitigate future problems. He said he was uncommonly super busy with his bookings but was able to schedule me w/in 2 days. Once here, he was able to quickly assess the issue and provided a very reasonable quote.
