I would highly recommend WMC. I've worked with salesman Nick Fleming in most cases, but you will receive outstanding and respectful service from anyone on the team. They are all approachable, flexible, kind, open-minded and willing to work with you. They listen to their customers and do not apply sales pressure. (there is no need, because they are so good!) Obviously, the vehicles are always priced right, (fairly) that's why I continue to go back and will continue to do so. On May 2, 2020 I picked up a 2019 Chevy Colorado and I absolutely love it. I requested some pictures of the suspension since I saw some aftermarket modifications and without one complaint Nick had gotten me all the photos requested. Every dealer I had inquired here in Chicago had ridiculous dealer fees, lot fees, etc and the asking price was already more than a grand more than what Wadsworth motors was asking. This was honestly my first car purchase from a dealer that didn't leave me feeling like I was scammed. Absolutely no buyers remorse and the best part is I didn't even have to haggle. I paid their full asking price. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a car in the area. My reading with them was good I got a little bit behind with two payments over 4 years I believe it was but go somewhere else if someone can't tell you in person that they can't finance you it's pretty small of them.

I contacted him immediately, but he did not return to inspect the issue or provide me with a written estimate, receipt, or documentation for the work performed. He had stated that his work came with a 90 warranty, but he did not follow through on returning to look at the issue after I reached out. I had to move the vehicle to a public parking area because the leak continued and the transmission fluid level was extremely low afterward. This was my experience, and I'm sharing it so others can make an informed decision.

Just prior to my husband's passing, he noticed a tire pressure warning light but he was unable to fix it or get to Fuerst for help. Today I drove our car for the first time since my husband died. I drove to Fuerst and with my cane hobbled to the front door to find that it was closed. As I got into my car to leave, Mike came out the front door to ask what kind of help I needed. I was in tears due to circumstances, apologized and explained. Mike offered condolences and even though they were closed, he told me to pull up and he would check my tires. Mike was so gracious, patient and kind. He properly inflated all 4 tires and said if the warning light returns to come back on Monday. As a family owned business, Fuerst Automotive continues to prove how much it values its customers and cares about the community. Mike is a prime example of that excellence. I don't know of many businesses that would've reached out when closed to help someone during a difficult time. I wish I could give Fuerst 10 stars because they deserve it. I wasn't going to write this as its been a few years, but they reached out to me and poked the…read morebear. I purchased an R8 V10 from them. The company never lived up to our agreement to supply me what was missing from my vehicle i purchased: Second key, floor mats, the jack. I tried to get them to live up to the agreement but that just ignored me. Fast forward to 2025....I met Alan (from Perfect Auto) at a cars and coffee this September, explained to him what happened, he said new management is in and apologized (I was hopeful) and he assured me he could take care of the jack. That's was on September 28, 2025. Since then.... not a word. This is disgraceful customer service. Moreover, the day I got the car home, the truck latch didn't work. I get "as is warranty" but that's an underhanded play on their part. They didn't disclose the issue and knew this didn't work. Cost me $4,000 to get it open and a new one put in.  AND, the sales guy begged me to finance it (pay it off after one month) so that he could get a kick back. I figured put MY best foot forward to establish a relationship... boy was I wrong. I won't be going back\
