My reading with them was good I got a little bit behind with two payments over 4 years I believe it was but go somewhere else if someone can't tell you in person that they can't finance you it's pretty small of them.

I had to move the vehicle to a public parking area because the leak continued and the transmission fluid level was extremely low afterward. Just prior to my husband's passing, he noticed a tire pressure warning light but he was unable to fix it or get to Fuerst for help. Today I drove our car for the first time since my husband died. I drove to Fuerst and with my cane hobbled to the front door to find that it was closed. As I got into my car to leave, Mike came out the front door to ask what kind of help I needed. I was in tears due to circumstances, apologized and explained. Mike offered condolences and even though they were closed, he told me to pull up and he would check my tires. Mike was so gracious, patient and kind. He properly inflated all 4 tires and said if the warning light returns to come back on Monday. As a family owned business, Fuerst Automotive continues to prove how much it values its customers and cares about the community. Mike is a prime example of that excellence. I don't know of many businesses that would've reached out when closed to help someone during a difficult time. I wish I could give Fuerst 10 stars because they deserve it.
