I wasn't going to write this as its been a few years, but they reached out to me and poked the bear. I purchased an R8 V10 from them. The company never lived up to our agreement to supply me what was missing from my vehicle i purchased: Second key, floor mats, the jack. I tried to get them to live up to the agreement but that just ignored me. Fast forward to 2025....I met Alan (from Perfect Auto) at a cars and coffee this September, explained to him what happened, he said new management is in and apologized (I was hopeful) and he assured me he could take care of the jack. That's was on September 28, 2025. Since then.... not a word. This is disgraceful customer service. Moreover, the day I got the car home, the truck latch didn't work. I get "as is warranty" but that's an underhanded play on their part. They didn't disclose the issue and knew this didn't work. Cost me $4,000 to get it open and a new one put in.  AND, the sales guy begged me to finance it (pay it off after one month) so that he could get a kick back. Terrible Post Sale Support - Non-responsive to Customer Refund Requests - Non-Perfect Auto I purchased a 2021 Audi RSQ8 on August 12, 2025, from Perfect Auto Collection in Akron, Ohio. As part of the purchase deal, the dealership was to have the front windows tinted to match the rear. They did not perform this work but gave me a "We Owe" document that said they would pay for me to get the work done myself. I had the work done and sent the bill for $153.65 to my sales manager (Chris) on November 4, 2025. I have been trying to collect this for over five months now. Also, I included an extended warrantee for the Audi. The warrantee was included in the sale, but in less than 30 days I decided the warrantee was not from a company that I wanted and cost over $6,200 then I requested Perfect Auto to cancel the warrantee. The bank financing the car and the warrantee company did cancel the coverage for me as the dealership would not address my refund. The finance person (Heather) was as bad as the sales manager and did not do anything on my behalf. I did communicate in texts and many phone calls that Perfect Auto owes me over $6,000. No responses so far and again this has been going on for over four months now. I just want my refund from this company. read more

I went to buy a 2015 Mercedes S550 from Perfect Auto but when i got there and test drove the car I changed my mind because of the color. Needless to say, they had already paid off my trade without me authorizing it and was the new lienholder of a car that I was driving. It took them 3 months to transfer the lien back to financial intuition and then they stated i owe them 3 months payments. It was a bad experiences with the calls and the mess that was created during this time. They didn't even apologize for this mess. Just kept saying I owe them 3 months payments. I can't belief this. When i ask them am I going to compensated they stated that's the way it goes. The mistake was on their end not mind. I never authorized them to pay my car off. I am not going to mention any names. Purchased a vehicle from here three years ago that I was able to pay off (three months early). I actually didn't have a problem with the vehicle. My issue is that they added a three-year warranty without asking me. Although I should have said something at the time, I didn't because I did need a warranty. However, the Warranty Company is a fraud. I had an issue with my vehicle that was clearly covered by the Warranty but they basically gave me the runaround for two years. I received an email confirmation that they received my claim, but there was never any follow-up from them. They do not answer their phones, and they will not return phone calls. I'm currently in arbitration now. After doing some research, I found out that this dealership gets a kick back for every warranty that they sell, and they have to know the reputation of this Warranty Company because they have a D rating with the Better Business Bureau. This is a poor reflection on this dealership. I'm not saying that you should not consider buying a car from them because they do have really nice vehicles. However, I am saying do not allow them to add the warranty. Find your own warranty with a reputable company. The Warranty Company is called Freedom. Do not buy a warranty from them! Also make sure you get a service history on any vehicle you are considering. If they do not have these records, I would be very Leary of moving forward with a purchase. I recently bought a Bentley sight unseen. I do this frequently so I know how to minimize risk...Alan did a video walkaround, answered all my questions and was very communicative..UNTIL....I wired the money. It took more than 3 weeks to receive the title and I was never provided a tracking number until AFTER it was delivered, despite requesting it several times. He also promised me a replacement tire to replace one that was defective & another part that he acknowledged was broken. I never received either and there's no communication. *I was offered $200+ to remove this review BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Edit: As of 10/21 had yet to send my title to the bank nearly 2 months after fully paid for, and because of this I cannot yet register the car. The temp tag has expired. I called nearly 20+ times with no answer. Finally they did. Hope to be able to register the car soon. Where do I begin? I started my search for a Cadillac Escalade at the beginning of August, wanting to upsize and transition from electric to gas. I paid for the car in full on August 13th and was told the maximum delivery time would be two weeks. This was already longer than I anticipated, but they were repainting the scuffed rims, so I remained patient. I continued to be told that the work was in progress, but the reality was that the painter for the dealer had supposedly quit, and they hadn't even started. I was not informed of this until I repeatedly inquired about the delay. During this time, I had a loan on my account and no car. They have said they will reimburse for my payment while the car was not in my possession, which will appreciated when it happens. Finally, the rims were completed, but after being told it would take a week, they were finished on August 28th--over two weeks after my payment. Next came the shipping. I received a new delivery date every week and was guaranteed that it would arrive by a certain date, but nothing happened. They kept giving excuse after excuse. By September 3rd, I became frustrated enough to ask to speak with a manager. To my surprise, after asking that, I was told that the car would arrive in two days. I took delivery on September 5th. The car seemed nice; however, the delivery driver mentioned that they were still waxing it when he arrived to pick it up, causing him to wait two hours. This was disappointing, especially since I was told it was ready for shipment days before, but not my concern. After driving the car, I noticed it was shifting extremely hard the next day. I informed the sales representative, who advised me to take it to Cadillac for a diagnosis. I sent them the invoice detailing the repair costs at Cadillac; it took them a whole day to decide if they would pay. When they agreed, they instructed me to take it to a local mechanic for repairs to save costs. The repairs have been completed by the local mechanic, and they covered the expenses, but the car still seems to shift relatively hard in my opinion. EDIT: Thankfully car was paid off this morning(10/4). They picked up my trade-in (a Tesla) on Sunday(9/29), and at the time of this review(10/3) I am still waiting for them to pay it off (said it would be by 10/7, they already have it listed for sale) and to reimburse me for the payment on the vehicle during the wait, as well as the diagnostic fee from Cadillac. (Over $1,000 owed to me which I was told by "Tatina" I would receive today (10/3)... didn't) *finally received this compensation on 10/7* I have purchased 5 cars the last 3 years, some having to be shipped as-well, and never had this experience. I tried to remain understanding, but this situation has felt like a joke. I was excited to upgrade and purchase a new car, which should be an exciting process. Now, I feel anxious every time I notice a weird shift or something abnormal, worrying that I will have to replace a costly component on a car that was not purchased at a bargain price, also with no warranty because of its $4,000+ price tag. Edit: Was told by the GM, Corey, he would try to get me at warranty at cost. Never heard another word from him even after following up. As much as I would love to leave a positive review, this is the maximum number of stars I can give. Yes, they paid to have it "fixed," but the overall experience and lack of communication have turned this transaction into an absolute nightmare and ultimately caused for a low rating. I mean just terrible. Bought 3 cars from these guys and everytime there is an issue. Took in my M5 that needed cosmetic repairs (which they said they'd do) to find out that they didn't even know HOW to fix the damage. Not only that but the day I bought my Car the tire exploded on me. They promised to take care of me and pay for 4 new tires (which i have texts and audio recordings of) just for them to only pay for half. I had multiple Issues. 1.) Sale, Tires and Delay I purchased a car from this company out of state and it took them over 3 weeks to ship the car. At the time of sale I was told that the car was in perfect condition. I asked a lot of questions about the tires on the vehicle because in the past I have been sold a vehicle with close to zero tread and it was a headache to get that fixed. Explaining my concerns to my sales representative I was told that tires were "in perfect condition." Everything else seemed fine with the vehicle so I proceeded with my purchase. 2 days later I received call from the company stating that the tires were mix-matched and that if I wanted them to replace them that it would take a week to ship the vehicle. In addition there was a part missing for the spare tire and they needed to now order it, so that the issue could be solved. Of course, this was frustrating considering how assured I was at the time of sale that the vehicle was "in perfect condition." While I appreciated the dealership contacting me on this, That one week promise turned into 3 weeks. After a week passed I was excited as I was expecting a call with a shipment update. That call never came. I had to then personally call the company every couple days to receive an update. Each time it was the same process. "We will give you a call back today with an update." They would never call that day. It would be 2-3 days before I would finally get a call back and each time they said. "We are still waiting on the tires." As I can understand that some things may be out of a companies hands if they are waiting on items, I feel that it is very unacceptable to keep a customer waiting with no update and fail to even give a call back in the time frame given. I was making a trade on this deal, and the representative I worked with asked if they could pick up my car during the delay while I waited for them. I of course declined, however I did think this was a bit strange. Overall this process was very time consuming and frustrating. 2.) Car Shipment Upon the sale, the company agreed to ship the vehicle enclosed. Once the vehicle had finally gotten shipped. It arrived open, not enclosed. Upon contacting the company about this issue I was transferred around multiple times before I finally got any help. The company acknowledged the issue and apologized about it. When I asked what will they do to fix this issue, there response was that next time I purchase a vehicle from them they will make it right and give me free shipping... 3.) Paint Correction and Ceramic Coat. At the time of sale, my sales representative and I agreed that they would include a paint correction and 2 step ceramic coat free of charge. Upon receiving the vehicle it is very clear that this was never done. I contacted the dealership about it and they asked me to receive quotes and that they would contribute a max of $300 paid via Zelle for me to do that. I found this very frustrating because after calling multiple service providers in my area, ceramic coats and paint correction can rage from $900-$1500. This only cost me more wasted time. I called the dealership back with this information. I was told I would get a call back. It's been 7 days and I have no update. 4.) Fluid top off Upon purchase I was told that all the fluids in the car would be topped off. 2 Days after I received the vehicle, I had to fill up the wiper blade fluid. 5.) Customer Service The main issue I have had with the company is the customer service. Almost every time I called in. I was told I would get a call back the same day and it would up being at least 3-7 days before I finally got a call. As a business owner myself, I understand that times can become busy, however I find a multiple day turn to be far more than unacceptable. Perfect Auto Collection carries very nice vehicles and you would expect that if you spend a lot of money on a car you would get good service. I gives two stars on this review and it should be zero but I got a nice car from the folks except for the bumper that they messed up and I have a text that says that they messed it up and the owners still will not take care of it I went to the Mercedes dealer and got an estimate for them to take care of my bumper and he feels like it's too much so therefore we only offered part of it. I would do no business with these folks unless you're looking at the car and know that it's complete at that time, because after you own it, he will do nothing, or most of nothing, I will be reporting and giving my review to the Better Business Bureau as well and every other site that I will continue on a monthly basis until I get paid! read more

I just went to trade it in and found out it had been in an accident and purchased from a junk dealer. I am so disappointed in there ethics. Shady Business-The Worst Experience. They shipped a car to me with the service light on, knowing the engine had to be dropped to repair the vacuum system ( a $4,700 dollar repair job). They refused to fix it and pay for the repairs. I am extremely dissatisfied with the condition of the 2006 Bentley I purchased from Perfect Auto upon delivery to me. Below is the actual email I sent to them. They promised they were going to correct the problems. That was a lie. They promised they were going to take the car back. That was a lie. This was a remote purchase. None of these issues were disclosed to me. When they finally got back to me they only offered to replace the chrome and not fix the other problems. Here is what I discovered when the car was delivered to me on Sunday, October 3rd: 1. The side panel (chrome) on the back passengers side was ripped off and the panel gone. 2. Service light was on. I had it analyzed and the photos are attached with all kinds of misfires, check DTC memory, pressure sensor for brake booster, etc. 3. Car delivered with tires barely above the minimum tread to pass state inspection. The tires are at 2.4 mm. New tires are eight to nine. Minimum is 1.6. You all have put new tires on this car before selling it to me. 4. Two dead batteries. Today, I ran the car for an hour driving to my destination. I came out of the meeting, the car would not start and would not take a jump. This was stressful and embarrassing as folks came out of the meeting to check out my "new used" car. I had to call the towing company. John, the car is now sitting at Evolved Automotive, my foreign cars mechanics for years. They did the diagnostic this morning. They are going to do a deep dive into what the diagnostics told them on Monday. He can't get to it until then. To say, I am frustrated and dissatisfied is an understatement. I don't see how a dealership that calls themselves Perfect, could deliver such an imperfect and unperfect Luxury car to me in this condition. I can't believe you all let this car get loaded on a truck knowing the service light was on and side panel missing. I can't believe this car was not better prepped for sale with a thorough inspection and flags for service needed to be done. Now I want the situation corrected and made perfect as your name implies. I want all of these problems fixed at your expense. You now have a very unhappy and dissatisfied customer on your hands. Google does not treat one star reviews kind. I hope you correct these problems so that I can give a five star review. They did not respond to my email for a week. I had to call them and got the constant runaround. John called and gave no apologies and could care less. Stephanie and Ron listened but had no authority to do anything. They asked for an estimate, which I sent them right away. John was very non responsive. I never received a call or email from the owner. You do not want to buy a car from this place. Perfect auto collections is anything but Perfect. Two days ago John called me back and said they would take the car back ( I asked them to since the repairs were close to 7,000 dollars total). He said they would and to expect a call right away with instructions for meeting the carrier and any paperwork. I never received that call. another lie from Perfect Auto. This is the worse experience I have ever had in purchasing a used vehicle. Last month I purchased a 2014 Jeep SRT. I paid over $40,000 for this vehicle to have it arrive to me with previous issues that the dealership had to ignore before listing the vehicle. I asked two time before I signed the final documents are there any issues or damages that I should know about before shipping the SUV to me, because I didn't want any surprises. I know this is an 8-year-old vehicle and there is going to be some normal cosmetic damages, which I understand. I was sent a video that had passed over some fender damage. At signing the final paper signing, I requested and confirmed an agreement to add taxes in my total financed price and the agreement that if the SUV didn't pass my state safety inspection, that the dealership would pay for any safety repairs that may have been missed or not completed while it was in the dealership's possession. Within the week of the vehicle's delivery, the Jeep was taken to inspection to find that I was sold an unsafe vehicle. I reached out to the dealership for help only to get the run around and excuses and non-returned phone responses. After a week of calling, I was finally contacted and told (BASICALLY THIS IS MY PROBLEM) there's nothing they can do to help. WOW I just spend over $40,000 on a vehicle, to only receive an unsafe vehicle that need an additional over $1,000 out my own pocket to pass a safety inspection. Then on top of all I see their only concern was just to sale me a vehicle no matter the cost to me. Now I know why the finance guy pressed so hard for me to get the warranty. Finance sold me on the warranty to remove the taxes out the final price. WOW again, now I have to spend an additional $3,000 out my pockets. Take your own chances dealing with this place if you live on Ohio, at least you can return your vehicle if they don't keep their word. But careful they only want to Sale you a vehicle, with pervious issue or that is at the bare minimal condition as safe to get you out the door of a so-called Luxury Dealership. For the unlucky consumer who decides to purchase a vehicle from this place Perfect Auto Collection, and you live out of state there a chance, SALES will sell you an unsafe vehicle that WILL NOT PASS A SAFETY INSPECTION in your state and you'll get left feeling like you've' Been Had' on a so-called Luxury vehicle. Now after I've just spent over $40,000usd on a vehicle I have been dreaming of to only to look and feel like a fool because now I also found that it has an Electrical problems that was there before selling it to me. I guess all I can do now is warn others to avoid this Dealership or check careful before you sign anything because it seems to me all they want to do is sell you a vehicle at any cost to you. FILTER ON THE 1-STAR REVIEWS BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. They are trying to cover these up by getting anyone they can to write a bogus 5-star review. I was in the process of buying a vehicle from these folks (certified check printed by the bank, all my info sent over to them, sales agreement prepared by them, deposit to hold the vehicle paid) and on my way to visit the dealership (which happens to be 5 hours away) when I got the call saying the price we agreed to was a mistake. He went on to tell me that the price on the listing was incorrect (even talking through it and getting a sales agreement prepared and sent to me). The new price was 15% higher and they wouldn't do anything about it. This is shady business practice. I would stay clear from this place if you are at all hesitant about your purchase. Even after telling me what "he had into it", they still wanted to make a sizable profit on it. We could have agreed to what he "had into it" but no, they chose to be greedy and nix the deal. read more

Wasted over two weeks trying to buy a car from this joke of a professional business. I called 5-6 times a day and could not find anyone to finalize the sale. It was like pulling teeth to try and get them to take my money! Finally I spoke with the general manager Dalton after dealing with four other people. Had a contract sent with incorrect information, as this company tends to just change things and add more money that was not agreed upon and when you question it, they start to ignore you. I wonder how many people don't read the fine print and are actually getting played by this company. Anyway, finally Dalton the general manager solidified the deal and said "congrats on the new car" and was supposed to send the correct contract. I thought I could trust the general manager, but to my dismay he lied and broke our agreement and sold the car to someone else who didn't question his sketchy payments. I explained we had a deal, which he admitted, and told me if I pay more money I could get the car- HOW IS THAT REPUTABLE OR PROFESSIONAL. Gave me creepy sketchy vibes. For a man who promised to make it happen and made me promise four times that I would buy the car, for him to then go sell it to someone else for a mere $1,500 is pathetic and desperate. I guess they need the money but I would never jtrust this place. Please avoid and spend your money on a company with integrity and morals. This is not that kind of business. read more

This place was awesome for selling my vehicle. They arranged to pick up at my house. Communication was great until I signed the paperwork to sell my vehicle to them. Transporter did not show up on the day I was told and I took off work. I also did not receive my funds until several days after the date I was told. Overall it worked out ok, but once I agreed the communication was slow and nothing happened in the timeline I was told. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!! I live in another state and found the car I wanted online. I worked with Tony for a week about all the details and how to take delivery. I placed a $5000 deposit on the car, arranged financing and submitted proof to them, arranged travel, arranged inspections and insured the car. The evening before flying to pick it up I called because I still hadn't received some paperwork. Tony said it was sold that day to someone else. He never called to let me know and I could have flown there for no reason. This was totally unethical! He then said he could find me another one. Why would anyone trust this company? read more

I purchased a warranty and upon my first time filing a claim. I was advised by ECP claims that no coverage existed for me. Apparently the dealership never forward my purchase to them. Therefor my claim was denied due to none payment. I would have been surprised, however the dealership did the same thing with my mechanical warranty. Filed claim it was denied due to non payment. The warranty in dispute is for paint and interior protection. I paid to have the exterior and interior coated for protection against harsh elements. Plus an additional warranty to cover any unforeseen incidents. I have reached out to the dealership over 2 months ago to start the conversation on a resolutions. I have yet to receive a call back. I requested a full refund for the purchase price of 600.00. I have made several calls some answered and other answered with a immediate disconnect. For some odd reason they have overloaded my email with advertisement for future purchase. Why would I give them the opportunity to screw me over again. Happy unsubscribe from the emailing list. I strongly feel they are taking advantage of the distance between my current location and the dealership. This was an out of state purchase and unable to drop everything to fly across the country to speak with them. I'm currently active duty and need assistance with resolving this matter. If your looking for a person to hire as a salesman, look up Ron at this establishment. If your looking for a place that does not keep you informed about sales or back stabs other salesman, you've come to the right place. This business really screwed me and my salesman. After setting up a meeting to test drive the vehicle on a Monday, after a confirmation email and call from the receptionist , the other salesman sold the vehicle without telling my salesman. Now, I'm glad they sold it, but I took work off to accommodate the meeting and I did not get a notification until I was 15 min prior to our scheduled meeting. I would highly not recommend this establishment. No idea how this owner is in business and hires people who are incompetent. Whether the salesman in question knew about my meeting and used that information to make a sell to another person is unknown and probably will not know ever. I upset about the fact that no one informed me of the sale on Saturday. End of business after my salesman left for home who has 4 kids and he just got had by a fellow employee. Who does that? Anyway, don't waste your time!! BTW, I had to take time off from work to make this meeting happen and lost a lot of money. NOT COOL!!! read more
