if i could give less stars i would!! i have never in my entire life been treated so rudely!! it's unfortunate how 1 bad experience can make a business lose customer(s) for life!! i just bought $20 in gas & a scratch ticket. i had a lil bit of time to kill before going to work, so i parked out of the way & scratched my scratch card. well pardon me, next thing i know is this mean old man starts yelling at me, you get out, you leave etc, i told him i was a paying customer, i just got $20 in gas & a scratch card. i said i was just doing my scratch card really quick & then planned on leaving. he starts yelling at me again!! i will never ever spend another $ here, never again!! he was completely out of line and had no reason to treat me as cold, heartless and rude, as he was!! i hope you read this and start treating your cistomers with respect!! read more

Yes, they do have good meat counter. But sometimes the customer service is what determines how often I come. And a couple of the gals are rude. The owners wife is fabulous. Very nice and helpful. But there is another husband/wife that work there also. The wife usually is at the middle register, and every time she is rude, doesn't acknowledge anything you say, and just stares in a very condescending way. Which is ridiculous, because if it weren't for your customers and regular customers you wouldn't have a job. You are not better than anyone, nor even understand your attitude is what brings people back, or stay away.. I used to work there awhile ago when Jasper and Jesse owned it. But I don't go in much anymore cause the rudeness ... Like I mentioned before the new owners, the wife is fabulous, but the husband yelled at me once for pushing the door in instead of pulling and because I didn't have a mask on, even though you can push the door either way, maybe they should make it more clear . Very rude customer service (Dark haired women right counter ) i went in and asked to put 40 on the pump and buy a coffee. The lady said no change charged it all together and said thank you bye... i wanted to pay for my gas with 40 and buy my coffee with the remaining 20. Instead she charged me 37.28 in gas and my coffee with the rest and said bye.... i would have just filled up elsewhere if they couldn't give change instead she just charged me without asking if i wanted it combined......i was left standing there so confused. Planned on getting a full tank of gas and a coffee but ill have to fill up elsewhere definitely be taking my service else where from now on too. read more

Be careful if you get gas. I was only going to get a little bit since they were more than 14 cents more than the last place I passed. The gas handle LOCKS AND DOES NOT LET YOU STOP TILL FULL. I tried stopping it a handful of times and even tried pulling it out, just to have it spew gas on my car after my fresh car wash and on my legs. Do not recommend! read more

Watch this place the staff seems nice but the old man who i believe is the owner watch it he likes to double charge you but wont give you the reciepts so you can show him hell just toss it say it didnt go through then have you reswipe your card and get charged again he is a crook read more

Grocery Boys is located approximately a city block from my house. I'm 72 years old and I had been a loyal customer for approximately 51 years. I wouldn't do my major shopping there, but I would always go there for soup, ice cream, chips, soda, beer, gas etc. 1) Approximately three years ago my car would not start. It was winter at night, so I told one of the "attendants" that I would be back tomorrow to get it started. As soon as I showed up the "attendant" chewed me out and told me that the owners were not happy. I fixed my car and left. 2) During this time I was transitioning my mother, who has Dementia, into a care facility. My vehicle was leaking fluid from the radiator. They always had the coolant in one spot. I was in a hurry to drive to see my mother, so I went to the sames spot, grabbed a gallon, like I usually did. After I had visited my mother I opened up the container, which looked exactly like the container for coolant. No, it was a gallon of something for diesel engines. I didn't use an ounce of that fluid. I took it back to exchange it for coolant and they wouldn't take it back, because I had broken the seal. Fifty one years and not returning anything. Since those two times I have been driving to Nom Nom or other places. What I have witnessed is that the owners are very rude and unfriendly. Periodically I will still get gas there, but I would rather not. read more

When we're in the vicinity, this place usually has the best price for gasoline. Not the friendliest service but they are fast and efficient, the area is a little on the rough side and the parking upfront is horrid. Better than pushing your vehicle to the next nearest gas station. read more

Worst customer service ive ever seen at any gas station, ever. They are very rude and will not guarantee their products. I bought coffee creamer there before work and it was curdled like cottage cheese and they wouldnt even exchange it. They dont properly store and refrigerate their products. I'm shocked this place has no reviews. I've been coming here since i was a kid n I'm 29 now. Everything's cheap n they have just about everything in this store. Even fresh meat! People drive across town to come to this gas station because they have such great deals. Not all the workers are your best friend but they aren't rude either read more

If I could give these guys a minus 5 stars I would. My daughter-in-law went there to get gas, went in gave them a $20.00, went back out and the pump wouldn't come on. She went back inside to tell them and they told her she had pumped $15.00 of gas and that she was lying. They gave her $5.00 back. So basically she went in, gave them a $20.00 and walked out with $5.00 and no gas. read more
