Inside it was a quick once around to grab a few items. It took me a minute or two to find my bearings in here, but I was able to find exactly what I needed in a fairly quick manner. Selection was plenty. Registers...I used the self checkouts. I hate having to have an unnecessary conversation with someone I may never see again. Once I was done with the register we made our way out. I do have to say the entrance/exit is weird. You have two, but force everyone to use the one.

Even in front of a supervisor she demonstrated very extremely rude and aggressive behavior. Either they don't offer more than one flavor or the app isn't updated with the options. So I get the basic chicken. Rotisserie, no. Baked, yes. But baked well, no. It's lightly baked and it's dry, tough although supposedly just made that morning. Like, it's yellow, not even brown. Seasoned, no. It's just chicken. The skin was not even edible. It was tough.. kinda muscular like. It was the blandest hospital grade protein in the world. I eat it with bbq sauce. The flavor & texture is so off that my body rejects it. I try again the next day, same. Just thrown up. This is not real chicken. I don't know who sources it but this is not real. I knew I was taking a chance since I get my protein from a small local farm but this... straight in the trash. I ended up eating can of sardines. Imagine having abdominal surgery with difficulty walking, ordering a chicken to eat off of for a few days and get sent something completely inedible clearly made from a 3D printer. So it requires you to get up and move around more and figure out a new plan of action... mind you, you are already on disability so funds are low. It should be illegal to sell food like that.

Let me explain why... I happened to have dined in the Columbia area and decided to knock out my grocery store shopping before going home. I remembered seeing that there was a Lidl nearby. Let me just tell you right now that using GPS to find this market was interesting. It's in the back end of the mall (I think?!)- it seemed to be on the opposite side of everything else. Lol. Anyhoo...it was around 9am when I arrived, so it was still fairly quiet. Then disappointment started outside when I had to grab one of those huge, bulky shopping carts! Most Lidl's in the area apparently got rid of the small carts for whatever reason. I went inside and started with the produce section on the left. This layout reminds me of the Timonium location, but with a slight downgrade. That section is so tight! I kept bumping into other customers with that big, clunky cart. It took a bit of time to sift through the fruits and veggies because they honestly weren't the freshest. I picked a bag of peaches and discovered that one of them was mushy (included a picture). One of the green peppers in my pepper pack had mold growing at the stem. I didn't notice that until I got home. And one very sad zucchini was literally melting in the box with the other zucchini. It seemed that someone put it on top so that a worker could see it. They also seemed to be quite short staffed. There was initially one cashier open. When the line started to become backed up, another cashier opened his line briefly. They didn't have self-checkout, which was disappointing. There no reason for me to visit this location again. Nothing spectacular stood out about it & the things worth noting weren't very good. There just seems to be an all around lack of care and as a paying customer, that's just unacceptable.

Took a trip out here to see if a select item was available at this location…read more Once I arrived parking was not a hassle today but on other days it could be; however, the parking lot is connected with this larger shopping center which allows for parking in various directions of the store. Getting inside, the foyer displays a sign of it being under remodelling. The store wasnt extemely busy but steady flow. I found my select items to include great selection of picked out flowers. This area has a higher population of Asians therefore, I believe my product was at this location. I went to checkout and within 10 minutes I was out to resume the rest of my day. Sometimes driving to select areas provides for a variety of options that other stores lack.

What made this more upsetting is that I have personally witnessed other customers return items without being questioned at all. I won't mention who. It appears that management selectively decides who to scrutinize, which feels unfair and inconsistent. I contacted corporate to address the situation, and while the store lead did follow up, there was no real accountability -- only explanations and excuses for the manager's behavior. No acknowledgment of how inappropriate the public interaction was. Additionally, some items sold in the store are marketed in a way that seems healthy but contain ingredients that are far from it, which adds to my growing concern as a customer. I expect professionalism, consistency, and respect -- especially from management. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Once there, thw kiosk was labelled as being down and I was assisted pleasantlt by an associate working the desk. Afterwards I browsed the store and got my favirite quarter cut of a whole watermelon; its way cheaper this way and a few other items. Great shopping in a larger size whole food.

So then I'll go into the store and find every single item they marked as "unavailable". They're just too lazy to look around when things are in new places. And now tonight.. I called the store because my groceries were two hours late and this bratty teen answers the phone after I politely explained I was waiting on groceries and the store closed in one hour and she said "yeah... your drivers not here yet, literally nothing we can do about that.
