The staff at Kroozers called me at home just to fix the problem and they went above and beyond to fix my car problem and how unhappy I was with the business. This showed me they truly care about their customers and I regret writing them a bad review. I realize that EVERY business is going to mess up from time to time. It's how they handle those mess ups that show the true character of the business. You would do well to use them to fix your cars problems and know they will treat you right even if the mess up at first. This auto repair shop is now back on the top of my list!

My car stalled on the road and I was flooded and could not get help until several hours after the incident. Eventually I had to get my car towed to my place but I was without a car.
