The staff at Kroozers called me at home just to fix the problem and they went above and beyond to fix my car problem and how unhappy I was with the business. This showed me they truly care about their customers and I regret writing them a bad review. I realize that EVERY business is going to mess up from time to time. It's how they handle those mess ups that show the true character of the business. You would do well to use them to fix your cars problems and know they will treat you right even if the mess up at first. This auto repair shop is now back on the top of my list!

Throughout these few months, there was little to NO communication about what was happening with the car, what parts needed to be fixed and ordered, any sort of timeline, and what it would cost. Anytime we called the shop, texted the mechanic, or even visited the shop, no one was there or would answer. It became very sketchy and frustrating. Once we finally got law enforcement involved, they gave us a pick up time... just to get there and find out the subwoofer was stolen... they claim it was never there in the first place ( we have pictures, text/phone logs and receipts to back all of this up...) would NOT recommend and extremely disappointed in how all of this was handled...

After getting her car towed to Amarillo and attempting to get it repaired on Sunday to no avail, I turned to Yelp for help. I found a shop with great reviews for helping stranded travelers, especially on weekends. I fired off a message and accidentally turned it into a project which added Bryan's Auto and Body to my message. And it's a good thing because Bryan was the only response I ever got. He said they could definitely get it looked at, but it would be Monday. It didn't take long to see this was as good as it was gonna get. But it got better when, not only were they able to get it looked at on Monday, but were able to get the alternator and flywheel replaced on Monday. Melissa and Bryan were tremendously helpful. I drove up to Amarillo to get my daughter back to Albuquerque and was working with them through Yelp messages, emails and phone calls. I have a great mechanic in DFW that took me years to luck into, but managed to find the same level of service through Yelp in a faraway city through apps and phone calls when I didn't have a clue where to go. We were over a hundred miles away pulled up to shop with 5 minutes to spare they got us in and out in 15 minutes and we're on our way back to Dallas. Next day, "we have it up on a rack..." I said "mind if I just come get the car" They said "sure that's fine." Never once did they call me to give me any updates. No apologies, no nothing. There wasn't even anyone around when we came to get it. I am not exactly sure what business they are in besides storing cars, but fixing them isn't part of it.
