i did not want to give a star at all but i had to to do this review...... unless you like fleas i…read morewouldnt go with this one !!! the girl was a hour and half late i paid $220.00 for everything to be done "spa day" and all she did was shave my dog leaving random long patches all over his body and told me he wouldnt let her do anymore.....and still i was ok with it ! he is a 1yr old goldendoodle who has lived his entire life inside and never had fleas and 2 days after he was on the mobil grooming bus he was whining and scratching his self to death !!! i contacted the owner not complaining about anything just to let the little girl know she had fleas on her bus and the response i got was telling me that my dog had fleas prior and that i wouldn't let her preform all the services i paid for ( mind you i did not say a word about what didn't get done on my dog at first!) i just was wanting to let her know my dog left the bus with fleas ....... i want to post pics of my dogs butchered cut and what the owner said to me but no way i can . so i paid her $220.00 to give my dog fleas now i have to take my inside dog & cat to have flea bathing and exterminate the inside of my house ! it would take a idiot to not know their inside pet that sleeps in bed with them has fleas ! so with her responce - told me she was fully aware of the flea problem and thought i was crazy enough that she could convince me my dog had fleas prior ......

The staff is very friendly to both dogs and humans. But having to peek through the fence to…read morehopefully catch a glimpse of your dog is weird, but they don't have webcams, nor do they let you tour the place. No pictures on the website of their kennels nor the play yards. Be careful though... Kennel Cough is RAMPANT here. Despite a small sign out front, no one talks about it. My dog has been sick 2 times in 2 months, and none of the staff told me that he was coughing, even though he was coughing when I picked him up. Not the place for us.

She tugs at the leash to get into the groomers when we arrive, which is a really good sign that she loves Spa Day! Miranda (the owner) is so good with her clients, and she loves her non-human customers! She and her staff are very attentive to skin allergies and irritation and understanding what is needed. Our girl's hair grows fast and she sheds constantly! Because if this, we ask for a shorter cut that doesn't interfere with the double coat. They nailed exactly what we needed. Their prices are reasonable and we couldn't be happier with their services. Our girl loves going there! They do have a waiting list, so get in line early? ;-)

I had a chance to drop off our Matlipoo, Tucker, here yesterday. Checking him in was a breeze, and Carol, who I assume owns the shop came out to take him from me. Tucker was nervous, and visibly shaking, but Carol was gentle, loving, and sweet. She took the time to hold him and calm him before taking him into the grooming area. I returned three hours later to an extremely handsome pup. My wife and I have been looking for a regular groomer for Tucker for quite some time. We've been bouncing through other local shops and larger chains, and this is the first one where I feel like the shop took care of him in the best manner. His coat is trimmed extremely well, and they seem so gentle and pleasant. Price for grooming and nails was $40. Quite reasonable. I think that this is the beginning of a long and lasting relationship between K-9 Klips and our handsome Tucker.

My 14 year old Lhasa Apso had a very…read morebad experience with another groomer and I have been struggling to get him properly groomed for a few years - I was having to sedate him at the Vet just for nail trims which became expensive and too risky given my dogs age. Moni was so kind and gentle with Arthur and let me be there to comfort him the entire time. He was wagging his tail and was so happy when he left. Her facility is clean and calm with no other dogs or animals in the grooming facility so it feels peaceful and comfortable. If you have a fearful or reactive dog because of a bad grooming experience or for whatever reason. I highly recommend this groomer. She is an expert and just an all around amazing and kind human. I brought my dog in to get groomed and not only was the haircut awful but they cut two nails on two…read moredifferent paws down so short that the nerve was showing and she bled on and off the rest of the day. I had no idea until I looked at my car seat and it was covered in blood. I was never informed when I picked her up that they cut her nails too short and she was bleeding. When I called to tell them about it all I got was "well it's a common thing." my dog also could not get out of there fast enough when I picked her up. So I'd say that's also a red flag. Don't take your animal here!
