Had pretty much expected to shave her since she was living her best life being dirty and free. So we did. It took our groomer about 3 hours to shave her. But when we got her back, we could tell she hadn't been mistreated. There are times when we get her back and she skittish or jumpy. She was perfectly fine. I did ask her to cotton ball her ears so she wouldn't get an ear infection since she's prone to those. She didn't get one. She looks so cute, Is so soft, and smells good. She did exactly what I asked her to do. 10/10 Will definitely be using them again! Great price for being mobile grooming!

I am super nervous about having him go to random places. I had horrible results when taking him to petsmart in the past. My non negotiables are: do not touch his tail, do not wear a collar, only a harness to protect his neck from a collapsed trechea, to make sure he wears the "happy hoodie" or as I call it the "happy bunny ears" to protect him from ear infections and discomfort when he gets blow dried. Lastly, I always bring in photos of what I want and Brittany has always been the person to hear me and allow me to feel at ease. That to me, is priceless. Today's visit was no exception! I have been struggling with health issues and being able to use fine motor skills to brush my floof on a regular basis has been challenging. Especially, with poms who are high maintenance and need regular grooming. My floof went in looking like a lion and came out looking 10 years younger looking like a baby cub. I loved that for him. Thank you, Brittany, for working your magic. Key things to note upgrades: $11 for teeth brushing, $11 nail grinding, and $75 was for my full groom. Out the Door $97 plus tip. My floof is 14 but you would never know it! He is my baby and will forever be my puppy. Now, he really has regressed like Benjamin button and looks like he is 1. My dog is a senior. 15 years old and I'm very over protective. I hate having her out of my sight. Helen was very sweet. I will definitely bring Olive back to see her. She did a great job. The woman who checked me out must have been the one I talked to on the phone because she was so nice. She gave Olive a few treats. Gave me a sample of dog food to try out. She must be the owner but not sure. I'm glad to have a new groomer close to home and a place/person I can trust. I also like that their grooming area is upfront with glass windows. You can see what's going on. I have trust issues. :) I don't like the places that take your dogs in the back and you have no idea what's going on. Anyway, I'll be back next month!

I love Stevie so I'm sad to change but it is too much work to get an appointment. This is a case where the scheduling is such a painful process it was constant where I would say please give me an appointment on a certain day during 11-3pm and they would say see you at 8:30am...they also rescheduled my appointment and then didn't have anything until a week later a few times. Also they would try to switch groomers after I told them I only wanted Stevie. Bummer

They are always so kind and attentive here. Teddy while afraid of people he does not know, regularly jumps up to great the attendants when I drop him off in the mornings. He gets play time with other dogs in the tots room which he loves! Once as I was picking him up it took a little bit. When he was brought out I asked if everything was ok. The nice lady told me Teddy was a little nervous so she was taking her time with him. It makes me feel secure knowing they consider his feelings and don't rush him. He gets so excited once he is there. You can hear him just a talking before he gets in the building. He loves all the girls there. He can get a little crazy with the excitement so they are wonderful with him on that. Wonderful staff and such a great place to take your pup. They are very popular so plan ahead. We love this place and feel like our boy is so well taken care of.
