Called and was able to get an appointment for a couple days out. We have a standard poodle mix and we had been gone for 2 weeks camping and in rivers. So she was dirty and matted. Had pretty much expected to shave her since she was living her best life being dirty and free. So we did. It took our groomer about 3 hours to shave her. But when we got her back, we could tell she hadn't been mistreated. There are times when we get her back and she skittish or jumpy. She was perfectly fine. I did ask her to cotton ball her ears so she wouldn't get an ear infection since she's prone to those. She didn't get one. She looks so cute, Is so soft, and smells good. NeliPet is SO AMAZING and I highly RECOMMEND her! I have two Persian cats who shed a lot and have eye stain issues. I thought having a Ragdoll who detests being brushed came with being covered in cat fur at all times and seeing it floating in the air but then I decided to get my cat a Lion cut and I am amazed! We've used Neli a few times, and she's over the top in her field!!!!! We have two pugs: our senior pug, Ruca(12), and Wrinkles (6). We've always been extremely satisfied customers, but during yesterday's session, Neli went above and beyond! She noticed puss/blood when expressing our Ruca's glands, and after she finished her service, she insisted I bring him in ASAP because of possible rupture or infection. I got the soonest appointment the following day. The vet told me at least five times how impressed she was with my groomer! Ruca had beginning signs of infection, and the gland was on its way to rupture! Because Neli caught it in time, that was all avoided, and we left with a round of antibiotics. In addition, they were so impressed with his ears. Although he's old and barely can hear, the vet said she could tell the groomer did an excellent job cleaning it out! Best mobile groomer! From the moment of first contact, very easy to work with and to schedule an appointment with her. She was on time, van was extremely clean and she was very attentive to our wants with our dog. We were given suggestions on what type of cut our dog should receive based on his size and hair type. We also asked for "extras" and was told that we didn't need them which was nice to hear that this was not about the money but about giving our dog only what was needed. After the visit was done we received a text that our dog was ready, we met her at her van, and was given advice on how to keep his nails trimmed and the best time to get our dog re-groomed again. Update: Owner was nice enough to resolve the issue with me. I appreciate her reaching out to make things right. Paid $125 for my dog to get groomed and she gave him back to me wet and told me that she can't wash him anymore, that this would be the last time. My dog has no hair he doesn't even require a hair cut. I put in his paperwork that he was a 55 pound Dalmatian so I'm confused how they send someone who can't handle the weight or size of that type of dog. But I find it extremely rude to just say you can never wash my dog again and give him back to me wet after 15 min and then charge me full price. Complete rip off. I wont be using them again. read more

Neli is remarkable and an absolutely astonishing groomer. My 5yo Maine-Coon cat needed grooming ASAP. Of all the places I reached out to- I reached out to Neli last. She replied promptly; 2nd out of all 10. By a stroke of luck or fate or both, Neli was able to come out the next day for my boy! [respectfully- don't EXPECT the same results/luck; just be reassured its happened!!] I met her at her awesome van. We discussed my distress over not knowing how to properly maintain my boy's problematic double-coat. Then we agreed on how to go about it- with a lion cut. She took her time with him, and was not rushed at all. Neither too soon nor too long. And the results were beyond my greatest imagination. Not only was he the softest I had ever felt him before- he was relaxed and at peace! My sassy little lion boii was tranquil!!! And oh my God did he smell amazing for days to come... While she was working on him, I went back inside. We were talking about all the brushes and combs I've bought for him; the sprays, the lotions I've tried and how none of it works. I don't like to be a nuisance as a customer-- but I felt a connection during our discussion. and a passion behind Nelli that hopefully would make what I did next not a nuisance at all: i put all the items that I had bought for my boy in a shopping bag. I brought it with me when I went to pick him up; hoping after working with his fur she could give me some direction. I was immediately greeted by an open van smelling amazing, all tidied-up, with my boy sitting happy in his carrier. I showed her the bag, and she understood my desperation. She went through each brush, and said "yes" or "no" to them, and even told me why. Out of 9 brushes I gratefully ended up with 2. And even better than that- I was given an understanding of what to do and WHY. Neli is an absolute God-send. I am very grateful for every aspect of our first encounter and appreciate you so much!
