I can't give a 5 star because I didn't get a full service here, but I can say that I called the morning of, needing to bring my dog in for a nail trim. They were very friendly and interacted with my pup. The nail trim was quick. The office is small and cute with a few things for sale. The one major problem of this place is that lack of signs. I was looking for them and couldn't find them, I don't see them getting any drive-by's without a sign! They are set back a bit from the road. I would go here again. read more

Worst place ever they were incorrect about our appointment when we called for our dog they told me another 2.5 hours he was already there 3 hours. Said we were late when we weren't. No one said a thing to us when we dropped off the dog. Also actually charged us 20 dollars for a wash. Why are they cash only. Someone may want to look into that. I just moved to billerica and wanted to try a few places to bring my yorkie in for a grooming before making a final commitment as to who would regularly groom my baby girl. I was very upset by one review from a Groomingdales neighbor on Yelp, but decided to try them anyway after several other groom fails. I rarely if ever Yelp, but from my perspective, I have the need to say something here. My York was groomed perfectly. I also brought in 2 long haired cats to be shaved down. They were groomed perfectly. I noticed no stress, a very reasonable price and have to admit I am a happy customer who will use Groomingdales on a regular basis in the future. I do agree that they need better signage as they are off the main road and not visible. I might even park next time in a nearby lot to hear if my little girl cries... read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. Please do not bring your pets here. I was greeted by the owner, Wendy who seemed to be a very nice and professional business owner, but I was so very wrong. I dropped my dachshund Lucy off at 1:00PM and Wendy called me about 3:45PM to tell me that she was just finishing up Lucy. I got there about 4PM there was no one there but the owner and what I saw was horrifing. Wendy was hitting my Lucy in the face with a brush because she wouldn't stay still and was scared. When she noticed I was there seeing what was going on because they have a giant window to watch what's going on she immediately said she won't stay still and the brush slipped and hit her in face. I told her to bring my dog out now and I told her I saw from my own two eyes what was happening and I walked out without paying. Needless to say Lucy now has a swollen eye because of this woman. Please if you care about your pets do not bring them here. I wouldn't want any dog to go through what Lucy did. read more
