    Our pretty girl

We tried them out for a basic bath, she's super pretty but they did t clean her ears. $68 w tip. I'm not sure I'd go back. They offered to do them the next day but that's a waste of my time. They were quick.

    Cone Head poodle cut

If you are going to scalp a dog because you don't want to take the time to comb out her ears at least let the owner know what you are going to do so they can make the decision. Poor little Cone Head

Went great thanks for everything. Also left with a cute little sweater for our baby girl.

Couldn't be more happier with this groomer!!!! What drew me to this dog spa was that they are kennel free. My pup doesn't do well in kennels and it makes him very stressed out. Grooms are normally pretty stressful for him, but the groomer said he did great! I could tell he was not stressed coming home. I can't even describe how good of a cut my dog got!!!!! I didn't even know my dog could be cut THAT cute. Truly went above my expectations. I will never take my dog anywhere else. I could tell that the groomer did not rush his cut and actually took time to make him look good. And to make it even better, prices are reasonable. The front desk staff is super nice and the dog spa is very clean. They also have adorable toys and accessories for sale. I love how easy it is to book an apt. Thank you SO much groomingdales!!!!! Can't wait to come back

    Her 1st grooming appointment

I've brought my goldendoodle puppy here twice. The first time she looked fine, and they didn't complain about my dogs "difficult behavior." For her second appointment I told them I wanted the same as last time. When I went to pick her up the girl at the front desk instantly told me how difficult my dog was and next time it would be a $20 added charge for difficult dogs but they wouldn't charge me today. When they bring her out to me she is clearly way shorter than last time and when I asked if they did the size 3 clippers she said yes which was clearly a lie as I have pictures from her first grooming. Her ears look like a kindergartner cut them. When I go to pay they charged me $10 more than last time. Once I left and the shock wore off I called them and asked why I was charged more this time and they said it was since she was such a difficult dog they charged me half of the fee even though when I was there they told me I wouldn't be charged for it. When I asked why her ears were so terrible she continued to say it was because my puppy was so difficult and she had some matted hair. They continued to lie and blamed their awful hack job on her being difficult. I'm not one to write reviews but I've heard multiple bad stories about this place and I should have listened to them, do yourself a favor and don't go here.

We've brought our dog here multiple times and won't take her anywhere else. They do such a good job.

I would give zero starts if I could...According to the receipt Yaquelin is to whom I am referring... I took my male shih Tzu to Groomingdales to be groomed and told them to cut his hair short but DO NOT cut his tail. (He sports an absolutely beautiful tail of hair that reaches all the way to his nose) When I came to pick him up the first thing that I noticed was his beautiful tail was all wacked short. I asked why did you cut his tail when I told you not to touch it? The lady told me it had terrible knots in it and that is why it was cut. I explained that it couldn't have had terrible knots as I brushed it out the day before grooming and it was knot free. She still insisted it was completely full of knots. (Instead of owing up to her mistake I was treated like I was just a stupid liar) So then I stated to her "when I ask you not to cut my dogs tail I mean DO NOT cut his tail". (I mean really...Aren't I the customer???...Isn't it "my" dog???) I have to admit as mad as I was I remained pretty darn calm. She then waited only until after I paid the $50 for the haircut and left an additional $15 tip to state that is was their store policy to cut the tail when the tail contained knots (WHICH WAS NEVER EXPLAINED TO ME AND THE DAMN TAIL DIDN'T HAVE ANY KNOTS IN IT!) but the topper was she also stated that If "I didn't like it that there were other groomers". Well that woman is 100% correct! Groomingdales isn't the only pet grooming rodeo in this town and I'm sure there are plenty that treat their customers like their opinion about their own dogs matter. I could have gotten passed his tail being wacked short. (I mean it will grow back right?) I might have even gotten passed the" lie" about his tail being in huge knots, but to be treated with such disrespect and spite I will never go to Groomingdales ever again. If they are that disrespectful to me....how do they treat my beloved pets when I'm not watching???

So far our experience has beed great. Customer service is great they ask a lot of questions to make sure to your dog is taken care of.

No returned call from them was made. I had a weird encounter over the phone during our last appointment. They kept calling and texting us to take my dog in at an earlier time than what they scheduled us. Mind you, they scheduled us 2-3 weeks out and they knew of the appointment. It was so frustrating and confusing because I was at school and in class while they called and texted. My husband work nights so he didn't even know what was happening because he was sleeping. I called to confirm our set appt time which they scheduled us at 2:30pm and they wanted to know if we can take our dog in at 12pm because someone else cancelled their appointment. I told them no, I am not free and my husband cannot take him in at 12pm. My husband took our dog in at the set time (2:30pm) and my dog got his usual groom and wash. Pros: They are quick with grooming and wash. Cons: Appointment dates are far out. Also, communication needs to improve so there isn't any confusion or misunderstanding.

We have two very different dogs, one big, well-trained younger dog and one senior pup who is let's just say he has the personality of a possum. Despite that challenge, she somehow found a way to connect with him and make him comfortable too, which really meant a lot to us. It's rare to find someone who is not only talented at grooming but also genuinely patient and kind with every type of dog. We're so grateful for the care our dogs received here. Highly recommend Spoiled Rotten Dog Grooming to anyone looking for someone who treats your pets like family.

Our precious fourteen year old female was called beautiful and had pics taken of passerby's. When we picked her up after her being there for three hours or more ( every visit the same amount of time ) we just wanted to get them home. With her we noticed immediately her " beautiful fan tail " was no more. Her hind leg had been shaved to the bone. The shaver got away from one of their employees and that employee was not honest enough to report it. And if it was reported to his or her employer when we picked up our precious dog the incident was ignored and she was handed over to us like nothing ever happened. Now, a few months later she still has the large bald spot on the back of her hind leg where no hair has grown.. Her tail is completely butchered it hasn't grown out to its " beautiful fan wave" for a Collie after all this time. " I cant imagine what she was put through" being there! Our two year old male dog the most loving ever had his face completely missed his beard went over his lip. I trimmed it myself. I'm grateful our male dog hadn't gone through the trauma our precious female had gone through. I personally feel that someone there ( management) should be taking responsibility by checking while dogs are being groomed by ( newbies ) or any employee in any manner. I feel my female dog was left with a newbie and was not given the attention to this employee that he or she needed with managing. My daughter and I were under the impression that the woman that met us outside( same woman that groomed twice before ) asked how we'd like their grooming taken care of would be the one attending to both our dogs we trusted her grooming since she had done both our dogs twice before and we were happy with their outcome We had made recommendations to friends about Animal Oasis. We put our trust in the woman who greeted us who seemed interested in our concerns towards their grooming. This business failed my dogs and us. We should have looked at the grooming before paying the $100.00 per dog and not given the tips. I've never had to write up a complaint I waited hoping my female dog would grow her beautiful hair back to its original shape " Not" ! The Animal Oasis deserves this complaint. If you go to Animal Oasis after my complaint ask questions like who will be attending fully to my animal and look carefully after the work has been completed to your satisfaction before tipping. Get names, your dog is part of your loving family and should be treated like so.

I recently boarded my dog Barbara there, and I genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience -- for her or for me. A huge shoutout to Bobby, who went above and beyond from the very start. He took the time to sort out every little detail of Barbara's stay, making sure she'd be comfortable, entertained, and well looked after. It wasn't just the basics -- he made sure her time there was actually fun, which honestly says a lot about how much the staff there genuinely care about the animals in their charge. What really won me over, though, was the communication. Bobby kept me updated regularly throughout Barbara's stay, sending photos and videos of her having the absolute time of her life. There's nothing quite like being away from your pet and getting a video of them happily running around, tail wagging, zero complaints. It put my mind completely at ease. Spanish Springs Pet Resort clearly isn't just a place where dogs are kept -- it's a place where they're genuinely cared for. As I stood at the reception desk, I could see 3 groomers, a grooming room attempting to groom a 10 lb Schnauzer. 2 Females & 1 very large male with shoulder length curly, frizzy hair. 2 Groomers exited the Groom room, 1 older thin female & the heavy set male. I reiterated to the older female about the grooming of a Yorkie, especially his tail. As he has had a delightful Mobile Groomer who has cared for him monthly, since we adopted him! The older woman, retorted we do 100's of Yorkies, so we know how to groom a Yorkie! I left my 3lb Yorkie in the hands of strangers. Decided I would go for an early pick up. He was in that same grooming room by reception desk and Oh My Goodness! I was shocked & appalled at what they had done to my Yorkie! I said you are not grooming a Schnauzer, a Yorkie! So, quickly ran across the hall & grabbed another groomer & both of them working on my Yorkie COULD NOT fix all of the grooming errors! The 1st groomer came & apologized for all of the grievous errors and stated " I've never groomed a Yorkie!" WTF, I was advised they do 100 Yorkies.
