I almost did not want to write a review, because I don't want them to get completely booked! After doing several searches for a mobile dog grooming, I have found heaven for my babies. I called last week, spoke with Deina, she was so sweet and so informative! I asked if we could text and she and I even texted for conveniency! She explained the entire process, the time and procedure for the dogs grooming and I was so grateful. I was a little nervous, because as every dog owner wants, I wanted my dogs to be in good hands. Not only did I want my dogs to love the groomer, but the groomer to love my dogs so they could have fun. Jessica, arrived this morning, right on time. She gave both my dogs, so much love and attention that they jumped and licked her face! The truck, is amazing. It's very clean and well kept. You can see the maintenance is very well kept by the absent of dog scent/odor, the shower was very clean and everything was organized inside. I have 2 German Shepherds, who are the sweetest but they take a lot of power to clean! Jessica took her time with each dog and I cannot believe my dogs did not want to get out of the truck! She had both dogs inside the truck for over 2 hrs! Shower, blow dry, teeth cleaning, ear cleaning, and nail clipping for BOTH dogs AND she came out smiling! I give her power! It's def not easy. We love Deana and so do our dogs. Until we found her, our sweet little maltese always seemed traumatized after being groomed. But Deana is so gentle and careful with them, they love her even if being bathed and groomed isn't their favorite thing ever. Don't pay attention to the couple of cranky negative reviews, this is a very small but successful business. She keeps in touch with you and works out the time and day that works best for you. My dog had a lot of dread locks because she has never been groomed before, so i thought it would take forever to get her into grooming standard shape. I was wrong. When we rescued our dog several years ago we had no idea what breed he was or how he would look once bathed. He had a black matted, wiry coat and seemed to have a sweet, mellow disposition. Deana gave our Harry an amazing makeover. What a pleasant surprise to learn he wasn't a wire haired "something." We're pretty sure he's mostly Tibetan terrier, maybe a bit Havanese. Since that first serendipitous meeting, Harry gets to see Deana every three weeks. Deana is simply the very best at grooming! We got our baby Xena (the Warrior Princess, with an emphasis on Princess- not so much the warrior) 5 years ago. She was a rescue, and a furry mess.
