Nothing could be further from the truth…read more While I am sure many of her "regular" customers will stand for her not paying attention to what is asked to be done with their dogs' grooming, for those of you who are even CONSIDERING going here, find somewhere else. Unless that is, you like darker, older, crowded places where they put your dog in stacked crates in a room with little to no ventilation, and they give your dog to an assistant groomer to do and charge premium prices. We brought our 2 Lhasas in previously, and provided pictures and EXPLICIT details on what we needed done, both in person and by text, so she would have written record for each as well as what they should look like when finished. She does NOT pay attention to you, nor does she remember any part of the conversation. She always is in a hurry and seems distracted. When we went to check on them to see if they were ready while in the area, our female, who was in beautiful gold full show coat, had been BUTCHERED. They must have cut at least 6-7 inches of her beautiful coat off using a clipper, ruined her legs, bib, did not blend anything. When asked what she had done, she said "You told me last time it was not short enough, so to take it shorter." I told her that was for the BOY, not her. Proof is in the texts, the discussion, and the pictures showing her full coat, and him in a modified teddy bear cut. "What do you want me to do, I can't put it back on." what a HACK. To make things worse, as I left I overheard her and her assistant, who I am sure was given the task of hacking her up for practice, talking and trying to put the blame on us. "I wont charge you". GREAT, thanks! Take responsibility for your lousy work. Maybe its time to retire or just stick with dogs you need to wash. And for those of you who are even considering going here, she will not quote you a price on the phone, and her washes start in the $80 range, not to mention more expensive for the full hacking, I mean grooming, experience.

The facilities are fresh and clean (you cannot see into the grooming area) and the baths and…read moregrooming seemed fine at first except I was not particularly pleased with the final cuts especially around the faces of my two dogs, The staff was polite and friendly. My problem had to do with their complicated accounting. Their membership fees seem beneficial but they charge separately for services that are normally included in a grooming, and despite my efforts I could not get someone to clearly explain how their memberships were beneficial. I was overcharged twice and although they did agree to reimburse me a couple of hundred dollars, I never received a complete accounting as requested. ( we only used their services twice?) I was the one who had to question the credit card bill and was told that the person with whom I spoke didn't really understand what had happened and would have someone more knowledgeable call me regarding their mistakes. I never heard from anyone. I am again asking for a complete accounting from them on my account. Even with the parking difficult at times, it is unfortunate that their fees were not more clearly explained before I began using their services, because I really like a lot of other things about the facility.

We had a horrible experience since the first time we scheduled appointments for my 3 dogs. Patty…read moreand her husband feel entitled to show up anytime they want. The first time they told me they were late, the appointment was at 2 pm they got to my house at 5 pm and when I complained Patty said that she was going to leave because of my "attitude". Them because it was getting dark she could only do my 2 little dogs. And I had to cancel my appointments for the next day to accommodate her coming in the morning for my other dog. Unfortunately, we scheduled another appointment for my 3 dogs in 2 months. The same happen, Patty was late again saying she was about 2 hours from me and it was 1 pm already. Our appointment was at 2. She texted again at 4 pm and again which was too late to start my 3 dogs. She said she would come at 9 am the next day (Monday). She texted and told me that she could not switch the other dog owners. To me, she said she would come at 9 am, but she then did not and told me she could come on Wednesday at 9 am. She did not show up. This is a person with little respect for the dog owner's time. I work at home providing telehealth and can't interrupt my sessions to open the garage door and hand my dogs to her. It would be unprofessional and unethical. Patty feels entitled to do whatever she wants, showing up (when she does) 3 hours later saying that we need to understand she has 400 dogs to groom. If you have all day to wait then it may work, but if you are a professional who works from home, you are in serious trouble. Don't waste your time. I unfortunately did.
