AAD has a great dedicated upbeat staff, whether it's the desk staff, groomers, trainers or boarding staff, it's always a positive experience.

For a $600 vet bill on top of their boarding. Worst place to take your dog if you love it. She is efficient, a great communicator and the best Groomer that we've ever had. She's let me know if Riley's ears look inflamed, and recently had taken photos of his mouth which had very Inflamed gums. I called our vet and sent the photos over and sure enough he had an infection going on. The vet prescribed antibiotics and everything cleared up within the next week. She is so incredibly caring and kind, and Riley truly loves when she comes to pick him up and take him out to the van. She is never allowed to retire

I hear Alyssa B say, "she canceled yesterday. I got a note, put another DOG in the spot!!" I respond, "excuse me . . . I called back to see if the appointment was still available and was told I was in lucky! It was still on the schedule." Alyssa looked at me. Eye contact - took her right hand and closed the door! I sat waiting, then decided HELL NO! Only an unruly teenager acts like that! Not a professional! My question, if she could treat me so rudely- would you trust her grooming your Fur Baby?
