I was surprised to go on to the camera to find there was at least 50 dogs in a small area that only had concrete (no turf or beds) and no toys. I saw one bowl of water. There was nothing for the dogs to do except walk in circles and follow the sitters around. They called and said "your dog is exhibiting signs of anxiety" when all he really wants to do is play like a normal dog. They also said "he has a prey drive and goes after small dogs" which i know isn't true because he does not care about other dogs. After trialing today, i can confidently say this place just wants your money and for your dogs to be okay with walking around in circles and not trying to play with other dogs or much of anything. I don't think this place is ethical and would honestly think your dog would be happier at home in his/her crate.

Rehabilitating our pups after their last trainer shut them down, hurt them, and made them severely fearful. Our last training experience was nothing short of traumatic. And I was SO scared to start again. After thousand of dollar down the drain and a year of training, i felt as though my dogs were was less confident and completely fearful. After only a couple sessions with Claire, it is night and DAY. My dogs are HAPPY to train! They are in rooms with strange dogs and already making HUGE strides in scent work! I could genuinely cry seeing my pups and how happy they are after seeing their last trainer spin them around by their necks!!! Now they get treats and pets and toys and clear communication! And they are so EXCITED! We just purchase a full package of sessions with Clare and I can't wait to move forward and watch my dogs AND me gain our confidence back.

No one, ever, was allowed to see the facilities A young girl who seemed to be a cleaner came into the room, no smile or greeting to me. I asked how she liked working there, didn't say anything but looked at the first woman who told her to go on. That was enough to decide I would never use their "services". I am puzzled that here and other review sites have glowing reports on this place (as well as many other 1-star comments). She was a true blessing. After meeting her and introducing her to my Roxy, who warmed up to her right away, I booked her to watch Roxy during a recent business trip. She was amazing, not only by staying at my house allowing my dog to stay in familiar surroundings. She walked her, played with her and kept her happy. She also went above and beyond by sending me regular pictures and updates. Tammy took what could be a very anxious time for me and put me at ease.
