He is brutally honest and has a very strong personality but that is what I love about him. I am the same and I enjoy my visits with him and his staff. I have never received anything but quality care with my pets. He's always on point with his diagnosis and we always have a pleasant visit. My dogs have always been stressed during vet visits in the past. Not at this clinic. Do I call sometimes and get placed on hold? I called ahead to let them know I would be arriving after 1 p.m. because my cat needed to be placed on IV. I had already provided paperwork the previous day. When I arrived, the receptionist did not greet me and was extremely rude. She cursed at me, called me a liar and a fraud, and said they do not provide emergency services for new patients. I asked to speak with the doctor on call. The veterinarian came out, and unfortunately, I was treated in the same dismissive and unprofessional manner. They claimed they were too busy and had patients waiting, although the lobby was empty at the time. Instead of examining my cat right away, they took me to the back and spoke to me for about 10 minutes without properly checking on my pet. After briefly glancing at my cat, they said, "It looks like we can't help you or your cat." I have this interaction recorded. It is very concerning for a clinic to advertise emergency services for new patients if they are unwilling to provide them. They also require a deposit before giving you paperwork to complete. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.
