I just assumed he was new and couldn't remember the flavor. The thing that bothered me was the curt, slightly rude way he handled the interaction. This last thing some readers will judge me for, but...I asked for a small (16oz)and it said small on my receipt (so I was not overcharged thankfully), however I received a medium (24oz). Yes, the cream was there and yes the flavor was correct (and delicious), but I'm trying to lose weight and I can't do that with 80 more calories added to my perfect coffee drink. I know what you're thinking, "Just put it in the fridge for later, or toss out the extra," and I understand your logic, but I can't in good conscious not drink all of this splendidly flavored coffee in one sitting. It's too good. Too add to what other yelpers have said I have also noticed a high turnover rate of the employees and I'm sure that's not a coincidence based on the poor treatment they appear to receive from some of the management. I have yet to witness that and hope I never do. It would behoove the owner of this franchise to make sure his or her management is not letting power go to their heads and becoming tyrants to their subordinates. This would increase speed and accuracy of orders because you wouldn't have to keep training newbies. Just my two cents.

We have been in there several times since they opened, and love the donuts, espeically the frosted cherry cake donuts, and the staff is awesome and friendly! We most recently ordered a Hubcap Groovy Donut for my daughter's birthday and it was a smash! It fed about 15 people in good portions. Everyone kept opening the box multiple times to see the oversized donut, because they could not wait to try it, and it was so different and delicious! The flavored icing is very unique.
