It took 2 visits to measure to the satisfaction of Andersen to correctly identify the right replacement gasket (Andersen may have as many as 20 models). Before the repairs, I had to slam the door vigorously and finish by kicking the door in order to get it closed. Thieves robbed my next door neighbor, perhaps having seen how difficult it would be to open my door! After repairs, the back door can now be opened & closed like a normal door. It has proper weatherstripping that makes it more energy efficient. Good job, difficult, but mission was accomplished.
