They lost the parts basically…read more So I own an old overland Japanese classic van and I needed to have two plates tapped for PSI and Temp sensors to view the metrics on a gauge. I go in to ask one of the workers Pierre if he was able to do the work. I can understand a business can be busy and can't get to them but the time span to drill two holes was 3 weeks going on 4. So the first week they've had them nothing was done because I get it "they're busy". Next week I come to check the plates are too hard which I've been telling them because it's made of spring steel. That's fine they said they'd have them annealed and then drilled and tapped. I follow up the following Thursday of week 2. John pulls me outside to tell me literally the same thing or they have an engineer coming in to remake the plates in a softer material. I just needed to message him what operating temps the plates need to be at. Then he told me to follow up on Monday. Okay sounds like a plan right? No. I follow up on Monday over the phone and he says "they need to be annealed" Right exactly what you've been telling me I get that! He says "we'll get to it tomorrow". Okay I wait a day because it sounds reasonable that he'd get to them. The following day after I come in because at this point if it's not done then I want the plates back because I'm done waiting on someone who's never going to get around to it. I come to see john and he says he can't fine the plates! I've previously told John that these plates have been with machine shops for 3 weeks and now it's been with John for 3 weeks going on 4 and now they're lost. I know this is not the intended outcome for both parties but you can see my frustration. I've never been contacted from him about the plates it's always been just me reaching out to check the status. Losing them was the last of my patience I just ordered a new set.

Even after explaining to them numerous times the generator was working fine until the filters were replaced they diagnosed needing a new fuel pump. Nope it was a bad fuel filter. They told me I was wrong on my water heater needing shore power because "they all" run off the batteries. Nope. The water does heat my LP BUT the brains for instant hot require shore power. They told me I needed a new circuit board for the water heater. Nope. The coil needed to be cleaned and re attached. Charge me $350 for two bad diagnosis. Wonder how much they would have charged me for fraud repairs.

Travis found a way to weld a new bolt onto the old stud sticking out of the head and got them to come out in the proper way. This is a case of using the right people to do a complex problem that could have been easily screwed up by a less competent mechanic. I have found them to be very qualified and quite nice people to work with. He does all kinds of RV repair, in fact he was on his way to handle a broken black tank valve when he left me. I do recommend Travis and his sons for anything RV related. I know that they will do the job the way you want it done.

He said I know your washer... I may have a pump in my van... send a picture of model number to make sure I'll bring it out tomorrow send me directions to your ranch. The next day he came out looked at the washer and said it's the pump. He was meticulous in taking the washer apart. Front seal of the door, top the top off ... then panel in front of the washer. Asked for a small pot to catch water from the pump. Then removed the old pump and installed the new one and put the washer back togeather . Turn it on and made it pumped water out. Armando was professional, prompt, he ssid i order the correct pump... There are pumps that are cheaper and they dont last for a few year then they brake down. He said he does the best repair , and if you have any other appliance that need repair... keep my phone number. I recommend him to anyone that needs to have any appliance repair. He said he has the same model and it's the best washer you could have. I was beginning to think that there were no appliance repair companies any longer. Andy is not a qualified or professional welder. The quality of his work and relevant knowledge is…read moreequivalent to that of a high school shop student at best. For example, he used a tiny multiprocess mig machine with .035 wire and no preheat to weld 1" plate on my excavator bucket. What!? Additionally he is not a multi position welder, and does not take time to reposition the work piece to compensate for his lack of skill. The part I brought him is full of cold welds, poor fillets, porosity, undercuts and more. Andy is a good communicator, did make time to accommodate my work, but is a hobbyist. I would bring him something like a broken farm gate to fix, but nothing structural, aesthetic, or that I really care about.

Called him after hours (when many other local shops close…read moreup at 5 p.m.) and set up an appointment for the following day, despite his already having previous plans for that morning. Even though I only had a small job (a broken hinge for my old truck) he said to bring it to him and he'd assess the break. He was there awaiting my arrival, looked over the damaged part, and we agreed upon a fair price. He asked if I wanted him to weld it right then and there; of course I said, "Yes". He properly prepped the old, worn - but still usable - piece, then quickly proceeded to weld it, before cleaning it up some more. Once finished, he asked if his welding job was acceptable and if it was what I had in mind. The fitment was fine. I found Andy to be an amiable, amenable businessman who knows and practices good customer service.

First of all I can't even put into words how disappointing I am with this business. I contacted him…read morefor a full detail inside and out. I let him know how bad in condition my car was. He gave me a quote and in the middle of the work he texted me saying it was going to be an additional $100 because of how hard the work seemed. I agreed I would give him an extra $100 if all work was done properly and no work was done half way. He was 20 minutes late for the appointment and was late to drop off my vehicle even though he said he was on his way. There was MULTIPLE spots that were missed and could be taken off with even my nail scratching it off. I sent him all the photos and let him know I was very disappointed on everything that was done inside. My mats weren't even vacuumed at all and spots that could be taken care of weren't. He let me know he wouldn't take care of the spots because I refused to give him the additional $100 he asked for after giving me the original price he gave me from the start. I was polite on letting him know I just wanted all the missed work that was not done which I paid for $400 dollars and he REFUSED. He kept mentioning how dirty my car was as if I didn't know that and was asking for his service for that reason. I am beyond disappointed and very frustrated on not getting the service I was promised for and on top of that for the owner not owning up to his mistakes and coming back to clean the spots HE missed. Attached are all the pictures AFTER the detail was done. If you want a good work when paying a lot of money please take your business somewhere else. This guy does not know how to treat his customers nor run a small business of his own. Update : June 4th 2020 He has blocked my number and will not return my voicemails I left when I called him from another number. DO NOT EVER TRUST THIS GUY FOR DETAILING
