I reached out to DNA Services on the 29th (later in the day) and received a response back the next day. I just needed a simple battery replacement for my car. I already had the new battery but needed him to install it. He was very responsive with letting me know when he would be on his way to me and was able to fit me in the same day that I spoke with him. David quoted me a price for the replacement that was very reasonable. When the work was over and I asked how to pay, he stated that God was good to him that day and he was paying it forward and didn't charge me! As someone on a really limited income that meant the world to me (even though I would have happily paid his price as it was already the best price I'd been quoted). David is as honest and real as you can get for a mechanic. I had an issue with my 2011 Altima Hybrid. There was an Exhaust Manifold Leak. Dealership wanted almost $3k to diagnose and fix the leak. They pretty much planned on getting rid of the old and putting in a new one. David diagnosed 2 separate leaks and was able to repair both of them at a considerable cost savings to me, a single parent. David showed me the worn areas and the new ones that he had put in and described the process. Immediately I was able to feel a good acceleration with no hiccups between the electric and gas motor. Engine noise is almost non existent now. This is definitely the guy you need to go to for your vehicle needs. From now on he'll be my go to mechanic. Thanks David! read more

DnA is my regular mechanic. I Highly recommend David/DnA Services Paramount!! I will not use anyone else. Reasonable prices and hours. Rain or Shine won't keep them away. I had issues with my 2006 Toyota Rav. The Dealership wanted thousands of dollars to repair and still were not sure of the issue. In time David figured it out and was fixed!! Needed was a complete front/rear suspension, brakes/hub/bearings, shocks, replaced something else? Months later still no issues!! Problem solved!! In addition David has worked on our Camry, 3 of our RV's and 4 x 4. They may be back logged but sure as heck is worth the wait!! Don't give up on him!!! He will always figure out the issue(s), and show up.. In the past I've called other mobile services, they either were back logged, didn't return calls, failed to show, and charged outrageous prices. We were trying to sell our RV and the check engine light came on. We called around on the weekend, but this was the only mechanic that was willing and able to work on it. My car had been getting humid inside, to the point of condensation piling up on the inside front windshield. We thought it may have been the heater core that needed replacing. David gave me a super reasonable price estimate to get this done. Upon arriving he decided to check some other things before replacing the heater core. After an hour of checking things he was able to find a leak in the sun roof lining which was the cause of the moisture getting inside the car. Rather than just doing the job agreed on he did his due diligence in checking for other potential issues and saved us a good amount of money. Highly recommended. As good as it gets!! Winnebago RV with V10 Triniton engine suddenly started missing with flashing check engine light. I had no clue where to start, booked an appointment with a regular shop recommended by a friend but their appointments were two months out like most shops these days. Thinking about it did not want to wait until May 31 so searching online stumbled on David's information accompanied by all very positive reviews so I figured what do I have to lose? Left a message via Yelp contact and he replied in a few hours and said he could come to my residence in about four working days which I was elated over. He showed up on time and very efficiently went to work troubleshooting to isolate the source of the misfire. In less than 90 minutes he determined the most likely fault was the #6 spark plug and went to a local parts house to get one. Installed new plug, cleared check engine light then ran Ford diagnostic sequence using his advanced scan tool and everything checked out perfect. We then went for a short test drive to verify that all was well again and my engine was smooth as silk again much to my relief. The total elapsed time was three hours but he only charged me for his normal two-hour minimum plus the cost of the spark plug. I can only say David strikes me as being as honest the day is long and really knows his stuff owing to his rather extensive experience including ten years at a Ford dealership. I will certainly be calling him first the next time my vehicles need help. I told my neighbor about my experience and he is contacting him for help with his RV. I might add that I ran my own auto repair shop many years ago so I was very aware of what he was doing and why and he did not waste any time or steps to quickly resolve my issue. read more
