Shelton answered the phone and we made arrangements for the installation on the following Friday as the dishwasher was being delivered on Thursday. Monday the office called and we confirmed the time. Unfortunately, on Friday morning the technician that was scheduled called out ill. I had plans for the weekend and was on a deadline to have the installation done no later than Saturday so any issues could be handled by the seller.
