I called Ground Werks to install a new dishwasher. I purchased the dishwasher on a Sunday and called when I got home to schedule the installation. Shelton answered the phone and we made arrangements for the installation on the following Friday as the dishwasher was being delivered on Thursday. Monday the office called and we confirmed the time. Unfortunately, on Friday morning the technician that was scheduled called out ill. I had plans for the weekend and was on a deadline to have the installation done no later than Saturday so any issues could be handled by the seller. My water heater broke and I only noticed it because I happen to be showing my friend around the house. I opened the door where the water heater is located and noticed that the carpet was soaked. I didn't know what to do so I started to call local businesses to schedule a service call.
