I called yesterday and left a message, and Bill returned my call within a few minutes. When I described what was happening, he knew immediately what the problem was. He then came over and confirmed his diagnosis, gave me a quote and said they could start the job at 8:30 this morning. Chris arrived promptly at 8:30 and got right to work. He did a great job, and finished sooner than I had expected. Both Chris and Bill are very polite and friendly, in addition to being extremely knowledgable and efficient. I don't know what we would do without Reilly's! We had a slab leak and decided to replace all of the old worn out pipes in our house. Not only did they do an amazing job, but I didn't feel uncomfortable once having them here. We've had people service our house before that I didn't feel safe with in my own home. I had an extremely difficult time with Home Depot installing my dishwasher. After three attempts, and their technicians failing I called Riley's plumbing and drain. The technician that I spoke with was friendly, was available the next day, and came during the window time he told me he was going to. Being a busy working mom I had to arrange for somebody to be at the house. The job was complete very quickly. I very satisfied with the work, and they were extremely honest. I left cash as a payment and the technician didn't even take the full amount. Apparently I miss heard the amount they quoted and left too much money. While I have not had any work done by Reilly's Plumbing, I wanted to leave a review to note how above-and-beyond their service is for someone who is not even a customer. Absolutely top-notch. I am losing access to the only shower in the house due to repairs and am trying to convert the bathtub in the other bathroom to a shower type of setup but had no idea how to do this in an economic manner.
