This review is to serve as an updated review from 10/09/2023. The Servicemen and Staff were outstanding. They answered all our questions and concerns, were respectful, kind and knowledgeable. They arrived ontime and were attentive to our needs, especially regarding our animals and their safety. The cost to replace the Breaker Box was below the average costs stated across the national averages of cost by $400.00. In order to get us power immediately, they had a repairman come out on Friday afternoon to put in a new fuse (over the weekend) and then on the following Monday replaced the Breaker Box and gave us a credit for the service on the earlier Friday. There arent many companies that would do that for a customer, that I've come across. I highly recommend you use this company for any and all your Electrical needs, you wont be sorry. I had Grounded Electric install pendant lights over my kitchen island and install smart dimmers in a number of locations in my house. My experience was extremely positive in every respect. Obtaining an estimate and scheduling the work went smoothly, the price quoted was very reasonable, and Tim and his team did a fantastic job. They had to make a number of holes in the ceiling and the wall in order to run the wire from the switch to the pendant lights (due to two story house with no attic access over the kitchen) and they did such a professional job repairing and texturing the drywall that, now that the area has been painted, it is not even possible to discern that there were ever holes at those locations. Grounded Electric were the only electricians I contacted that did their own drywall repair and texturing, which was extremely convenient (other electricians would just provide and referral to a drywall contractor). Tim and his crew were all nice guys, very courteous and professional, and cleaned up well after they were done. I highly recommend Grounded Electric. Kyle came in on the 4th of July . . . literally within a day of our calling for a quote and did the install quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, Grounded Electric was not able to perform any work on my residence due to factors outside of thier control (i.e. age of house, panel, etc.), however, that didn't stop them from providing me with outstanding customer service all day long on a Saturday. I sent dozens of messages over an 8hr period, and they responded to everyone, professionally and quickly. Keep in mind, this was on a day they were closed. From the first phone call I made to the completed repair of my electricity, this company has been so great.. They are polite, friendly, efficient, and affordable. Kyle came out and repaired all of my electrical outlets and switches in under an hour. He is very calm and easy to talk with and was very patient with all of my questions and concerns.
