When one woman asked about the ones the barista grabbed, her response was "I'm here at 3am every day and you're here at 4:30 once." That exact comment is what compelled me to write this review. I understand that the baristas work hard at what they do and it is difficult to make that choice to work someplace that has such an early schedule. However, I'm a firm believer that you should not work in customer service if you cannot give good customer service. I really hope that barista enjoys the Bear cups and that it was worth it to speak so rudely to the customers that waited in line in hopes of also getting one.
