Nikis the window attendant is so grumpy. This is the 3 rd time in the last couple months I've had the pleasure of being handed my food via drive thru by her. It doesn't matter if you pay with gift card, cash or card, she's unprofessional. She first off doesn't smile, secondly wont put a stopper in your drink and thirdly hates napkins. I don't like to leave bad reviews, I prefer to give employees the benefit of the doubt and just assume that maybe they're having a bad day. There were about 10 of us in line for the Bear cup before opening this morning. I called last night to confirm the store would have the cups and the person I spoke with said they would only have a couple and recommended getting there early before they sell out. One woman in the front of the line mentioned she saw the barista grab the only ones she could see and bring them to the back right when she got there. We all joked in line that if the baristas bought them we hoped they would just let us know so we didn't continue waiting. 5am comes and they open the doors. No bear cups left. When one woman asked about the ones the barista grabbed, her response was "I'm here at 3am every day and you're here at 4:30 once." That exact comment is what compelled me to write this review. I understand that the baristas work hard at what they do and it is difficult to make that choice to work someplace that has such an early schedule. However, I'm a firm believer that you should not work in customer service if you cannot give good customer service. I really hope that barista enjoys the Bear cups and that it was worth it to speak so rudely to the customers that waited in line in hopes of also getting one. read more

This was my fourth try with this Starbucks location and it's still terrible. I've been here 4 times, and 3 out of the 4 they have served me terrible coffee. No matter what style I get, it's always watery. Literally tastes like hot tap water with a hint of espresso. The staff are super nice, I think maybe they just have a high turnover rate and don't know how to make coffee? I will just be going to the one inside smiths grocery store in Farmington from now on. read more

I'm so sad with this location! My go-to is a Venti Hot White Mocha. A few months back, I was given a cup of SCALDING water. It burnt my mouth pretty badly and when I came back for them to correct their issue, the barista had realized what she had done and gave me my now cold coffee. I had already gotten onto the interstate before I had my first sip, and instead of making a fresh drink, she had the original drink and gave me that with no apology for the hot water incident. The lines as of recent have been SO SLOW. After reading other reviews, I understand this has been an issue for quite awhile. I live closer to a few other locations so I come out of my way to visit this one, but no more. The 20-30 minute waits for a coffee is not good for their business , nor the consumer. If you're in a hurry, look for another location! read more

The staff is very friendly, service is quick, and quality is consistent. I love their soy lattes and the temperature is almost always perfect. Great place to go if you don't mind waiting 20-30 minutes for a cup of coffee. Only person in line to order........ no problem! They'll ignore you for a bit then get to you in 5-10 minutes. You can pretty much count on a total mess anytime during peak hours. Unfortunately for me this is one of the only places to get coffee this close to my house. I would ask how on earth they even stay in business but even with the stupid long waits I come back every once in awhile. I've worked for Starbucks and I know they stress consistency yet this Location is unable to. They are closed when everywhere else says there open till 8 on Sundays but close at 6 Villa some crap pice of paper on the drive through. This place truly needs new management. It has been a mess ever time I've gone in for at last the last 2 months. I work in Farmington Station, so I go to this location often. The drinks they make are ok, not the best, but passable. Their customer service is consistently terrible! Today I did a mobile and after I arrived I waited 10, minutes, then asked if they had received my order. The barista told me that it was "probably in line and she would make it IF it was there" she didn't bother looking to make sure it had gone through. If you can avoid this location, do. I've had numerous bad experiences with only a few mediocre and decent encounters here. Today I went in to get my grande cup refilled with tea for free with a promo code that I had and the barista tried to charge me $4.50 for it. First sign to the barista should've been that a tea refill should never cost $4.50. Second, she refused to try and figure out why my promo code wouldn't work. She gave no effort and did not care at all. I asked if she could talk to her supervisor to see if she had encountered this issue and she said, "well I've done it before and it always worked." Well... it's not working now and there's no way in hell I'm paying close to $5 for a freakin' tea. This attitude is so different compared to the friendly service I generally get at the other Starbucks locations I go to. Another time I ordered my Americano with a little bit of a cream. The barista gave me my Americano and told me I needed to put my own cream in it at the counter, but didn't leave me any room in my cup. This isn't a huge deal, but again, this isn't the kind of service you ever get at other Starbucks locations. On top of these two experiences they are always slow regardless of how busy they are, they consistently mess up my drinks (which are generally simple drinks), and they are rarely as kind as the other Starbucks locations nearby. This location is convenient for me, so I'll be back. But if I can grab a coffee elsewhere, I do. read more

It's a pretty standard Starbucks, but the service is typically friendly and pretty efficient. Haven't had any issues with orders being wrong, and the line always moves quickly. If you're eating/drinking in, the sun can be a bit blinding in the afternoon, but the seating and workspace is nice and varied, as well as including some outdoor seating when the weather allows. read more

There's nothing perky about this Starbucks location. I'm a Seattleite, and I can safely say that this Starbucks location's standards are not up to snuff. The employees weren't friendly. I stopped in, 30 minutes before closing, and the only conversation the barista made, with me, was to remind me that I needed to be out-of-there in half an hour. The pastry offerings in the case looked really sad. But, since it was the end of the day, I suppose I'll give that aspect a "pass". My hot beverage didn't come with a sleeve. And after my drink had cooled a bit, I took a sip; only to find that it wasn't what I ordered! I went back to the register at the same time as another gal, & we realized that our orders had been switched! What happened to writing names/descriptions of beverages on the cups?! And that wasn't even the worst thing... The most disappointing part was that I was told I couldn't get my beverage remade because they had already started "breaking things down" in anticipation of closing time. I got a refund. Honestly this is the worst Starbucks I've ever been too. My drink always tastes like literal trash. I've thrown away WAY too many drinks from this specific location. And when I haven't thrown away my drink, I've tried to go in and get a new one made, just to be met with terrible customer service and telling me it's "supposed to taste like that". I sure as hell know it isn't supposed to taste like that when it tastes great at other locations.s Disappointing to say the least. YUCK. All of the baristas are friendly and try to make your experience a good one. Hugo, goes the extra mile. He recommends new drink choices to us , then make us a sample to try. They lock their doors during business hours. I ordered a mobile order so I wouldn't have to worry about the line. All I needed to do is walk in pick up my drink and walk out. They even had it listed on the app that I could pick it up in store. I parked my car and went to the doors to find them locked in the middle of the day. So I had to join the other 20 cars in drive thru to get the drink I already paid for. I had to be back to work and was late getting back from lunch. Really a big inconvenience you should honor your business hours posted. That's why they say "doors to remain unlocked during business hours" I asked the barista at the window and she said the manager locked the door. There are a few girls that work here that are consistently VERY friendly. Mainly the early morning staff. Then there is a woman (who seems to be the manager) that is incredibly rude.
