He was super rude even yelling at us as we were leaving. My husband has a brain injury, the way he walks and talks makes this obvious. I couldn't believe how horrible this worker was to an obviously disabled man. My family has been bringing our mower (not bought there) for years to have the blade sharpened. I will NEVER again step foot in this store. We left and immediately went to another shop where we got fantastic friendly service.

There are two wash stations, but unfortunately the floor was extremely dirty and very wet almost flooded. I understand that water can get on the floor, especially on busy days, but it really should be cleaned more frequently. I'm not sure what the cleaning rules are for the wash area, but it definitely needed attention during my visit. Despite that, I still went ahead and washed my dog, and it honestly made my life so much easier. I live in an apartment and bathing him at home takes forever, especially the drying. So this service is a huge help. I'll definitely come back and give it another try, it may have just been a busy day since I went on a Saturday. The price for the wash station is $9.99, which is very reasonable. They even provide shampoo and conditioner, although I brought my own because my dog needs a special shampoo for his coat. The cashier was also kind enough to give him a treat afterwards, which I appreciated. My dog left happy, and so did I.
