After she checked me in, I was directed to the waiting area of the lobby to wait for the person to do my blood work. After a very short, wait, I was taken back to have the blood work done. Yet again, the person doing the blood work was friendly and engaging, It made me very comfortable. He explained his process of finding the best location to take my blood and it was done quickly and painlessly. I've been to this hospital multiple times for myself and with other people and I've seen nothing but the highest quality facility and staff. As you can call ahead for wait time, which is a great feature, this Liberty location had the least expected wait time,at about 45 minutes. When we got there, were pleasantly surprised to see it was nearly empty. The location looks brand new and was very clean. A screen in the waiting room showed patients in front of you and estimated wait time. Ours turned out to be much shorter than expected, maybe 15 minutes. Our doctor was excellent, taking the time to explain what had likely happened, as well as the workings of the ear and a plan of treatment. She took as much time as we wanted and answered all questions. I would definitely recommend this location.

We asked for a note to show she was in the hospital and for her to be excused from work for the remainder of the week since he ended up putting her under for a procedure. He would not give her any documentation. Then her job asked for him to fill out a FMLA for future absences that could come from her diagnosis and now life long disease. He REFUSED to fill it out. He should not have the right to refuse to fill out a form her job requires so she does not lose it. We are now looking for a new doctor b/c I refuse to give him anymore of our money.
