I had an extremely disappointing experience with this solar panel company. Not only did they scam me out of a significant amount of money, but they also left my roof in a terrible condition with multiple holes. Their unprofessionalism and lack of accountability are shocking. Despite numerous attempts to contact them for repairs, they have been unresponsive and uncooperative. We are very happy with our solar panels. Group Solar USA installed them on our roof and helped us through the process of getting them approved. It took a while for the powers-that-be in the gov't to approve everything, but they did. Group Solar also helped us apply for financial incentives from the gov't which decrease the cost of the panels. Some months we get no electric bill at all, and during the summer (when we use more electricity) the panels decrease our bill a lot! It also feels good to know we are using a renewable energy resource. read more

My experience with Group Solar couldn't go any better than it did. My sales man was amazing, came back 4 times to answer questions and ease my concerns. The install was smooth and actually went much better than expected. The sales pitch that is given is 100% accurate. I must say that I am totally ecstatic that I pay to produce my own energy and no longer have astronomical bills with my electric provider. I'm so happy that I made the change to Solar Panels! At first I was very skeptical, because I waited a long time for the final process, "getting everything up and running", but now when I get my light bills every month, I now have a smile on my face. I don't have to worry about keeping my home cool in the summer anymore. Glad I switched to renewable energy!... The solar panels have been performing very well. During the winter, there is no cost for the alarm, the system regulates itself. The light is normal. No cause for anxiety and I have been enjoying it. During the summer, there is an advantage of very low electric bills. read more
