He was super polite and respectful and answered all my questions . The day of the wedding I didn't even have to think twice about the alcohol since they delivered everything on time. We had ended up having a lot of alcohol left over and some weeks later I even got a check for unopened bottles they had taken back ( which is awesome that they do) I was honestly so surprised by their honesty. On the flip side the owner is extremely keen on helping customers navigate through the store to find or even personally order the bottle you're looking for. Called them to let them know I could not make it that day only to hear that they could not accommodate holding it two more days in their store. I guess they ran out of space in their store to hold one little bottle. Shame. They would rather give it out to one of the "many people who call daily to inquire about it". How about respecting your customers and honoring the website orders, instead of blaming it on your staff who "made the mistake of holding the bottle".

The name and storefront appearance in this little strip mall are truly uninspired. I've driven by hundreds of times on my way to work and never even considered stopping. On this one occasion however, we were running late for a party and needed to stop into CVS for something on the way. We ran into this liquor store to grab a bottle of wine, and the owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They asked if there was anything we were looking for, found us some wonderful options a good price, and even carried them to the front for us. I usually shop at the larger wine stores, but I love to support local, and this will definitely be my new shop for wine. If they don't carry something you are specifically looking for, don't be shy about asking, they will try their best to get it for you.
