He was super polite and respectful and answered all my questions . The day of the wedding I didn't even have to think twice about the alcohol since they delivered everything on time. We had ended up having a lot of alcohol left over and some weeks later I even got a check for unopened bottles they had taken back ( which is awesome that they do) I was honestly so surprised by their honesty. My elderly father left his cane there and when I went in to get it for him the woman at the counter couldn't possibly have been more of a bitch. When I politely asked if someone had left a cane she said "how am I supposed to know?" and went back to ignoring me. Fortunately, a nice customer reiterated my question a little more forcefully and was able to get it for me. This isn't an isolated incident, I've never been in there without feeling like my very presence was a major inconvenience to the staff. Do you specifically train your staff to drive customers away? because great job if so. With so many other places in the area that actually want my business and have customer service skills I'll never spend another cent here. You're overpriced anyway.
