SWFL Pool Solutions are regular, polite, and thorough. When we've had issues, heater, pump, cracked glass block, to name the most recent ones, the owner Joe Rich has been very responsive. Either he solves the problem or recommends a specialist to solve. Another side benefit is a careful explanation why he suggests a specific alternative. If you are a price buyer, they are probably not your best choice. If you are looking for best value and service, try them. You will sleep well.

I am very please with their work. Very professional. They also helped me when we lifted our ground level home because of damage suffered from the 3 hurricanes. The entire time I never knew what was happening since they refused to communicate with me.. they finally finished but after that I set up a weekly cleaning and over the last 4 years they have without any warning, canceled my service and stopped coming for no reason at all even though they cash my checks and I have had to get my pool fully serviced by another company numerous times bc they let it get all green and moldy.. now their phone has been off the hook for the last few weeks and they never contacted me after hurricane Ian and have just left a 5 year customer hanging yet AGAIN.. they are the worst and Damien should be ashamed of himself for running such a horrible company and all his manager should be fired
