4 years and counting. I cannot say enough good things about this place…read more We have speech and OT for my daughter. And over the years she's seen different therapists, I have to say they are all amazing.

And instead of picking up the phone to resolve the matter their office resends the generic text message they've already sent. If I didn't understand the text the first time, why would resending it help? And when I kept pushing they tried to resolve the issue via text instead of calling me, as I had requested. Not everyone wants to communicate sensitive information via text message! When they finally called me the matter was resolved within the same day, after months of ineffective asynchronous messages. Similar problems with their accounting staff. Again, can't get ahold of anyone on the phone. I was told that they don't bill insurance but they could give me the forms to do it myself. After months of trying to get what I needed I gave up. I had a kid in crisis and that's where my focus needed to be. Not in trying to chase members of their staff down. Years later they called me because of a problem with one of my payments to them (so their phone does work!) and while on the phone I mentioned that I never got what I needed. From then on I received an automated bill delivered to my email. But why now? Because I was furious? It feels so gross to have to get mad to get stuff done, blech! I would never ever return here. The office staff is rigid, rude, and disorganized, if they're even present at all. Our provider was great, but I'd rather find a provider with a competent administrative staff.

The staff is also very easy to reach and a pleasure to work with, and they often check up on me if I haven't reached out in a while. It is easy to get extra help, when necessary, and the timesheet process could not be easier. With so many other aspects of my son's OT needs being laborious to traverse and taking up so much of my time with administration, I truly appreciate that this is literally the most hassle-free service with an incalculable benefit to me, my son, and the rest of the family.

That you can seen when you call PHS. How people will treat you. Everyone speak different stuff. Very poor service

Hadn't heard anything back by the 18th, so I called their office and spoke with someone (Michelle?) who asked someone else if they'd gotten an inquiry on the 10th...sounded very disorganized. After a minute of no one responding, she took my number, repeated it back to me and said give her a few minutes so she could look at records and she personally would call me back. It's now 24 hours later and still no return call. I don't understand how a company can tout such great care and service on their website, yet can't even engage a client in desperate need of their services?

My medicare benefits are for 35 hours a week and two visits a week would not even put a chink in those hours. When I asked Jenni for the phone number and company name (I was diverted to this company because my provider was overbooked), which she did not supply. In fact she didn't even say1 she was from another company and I found this out when I called Kaiser to complain about her and they had no idea who she was and had to research it.  She must be embarrassed to be working for a schlucky company with low standards. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy! Beware and run for the hills!
