It is a smocking heaven with pre-pleated and constructed garments ready to be smocked and the selection of quality fabrics is impressive. When I am making a special item whether it be a dress or quilt, this is where I go to purchase fabric; an heirloom item needs to be made with the best quality available and they have it all!
