It's Tuesday night and they were located at "The Rail Yard" in Frisco which is by the old grain towers on Main St. There is plenty of parking, rest room facilities and hand washing stations. The Rail Yard is an interesting place, kind of hipster. People gathered to play games at the tables while they ate and had drinks. Several food truck concepts were represented including a more permanent type structure that served alcohol. Kids seemed welcomed and accommodated. The only truck I ate at was Goomba's. I tried the Italian Beef and was not disapointed. They had chips available but it would have been nice if they had fries. The bread seemed fresh and the beef was piled high. Very good flavor, just like you would expect if you were in Chicago.
